Restaurant is newly renovated. This place is open to the public, and not exclusive to the country club. Inviting atmosphere inside. The food is delicious. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was delicious. Kyle the manager/bartender makes a really good smoked old fashion. If an old fashion is your thing, have him make you one. The bill was more than reasonable for the food and service.

We had a delicious lunch for our first visit to The Irons Edge. I highly recommend it! We had the wings, smash burger, Philly quesedilla, and fried chicken sandwich, which was a huge piece of chicken and delicious without the hot sauce or coleslaw- I tried just a taste and it was amazing! The wall of windows overlooking the golf course was picturesque and the service was great, too. I want to go back in warmer weather and sit on the patio overlooking the golf course. The interior is new and fresh, but a little sterile-feeling, it could use some warming up. That being said, the view of the beautiful outdoor setting makes up for it.

We ordered food from here and not only did it take more time than promised. The order was completely wrong. Not sure if that’s the restaurants fault or grub hub but I deliver part time for uber eats and that doesn’t t happen to me.
What is the restaurants fault was the food that was delivered although it was free it was inedible. Sloppy, lacking in flavor and cold. We took a bite of everything hopeful to find a dish as we were starving after the long wait. Unfortunately we were less than impressed and even being absolutely starving the food did not cut it.
So disappointing.

Unfortunately I had to sign in under another email because I couldn’t reply to the reply but I needed to so allow me to rebut. (See attached photo)
First of all I did blame GH for picking up the wrong order but your establishment not labeling their packages is just amateur hour.
Secondly the fact that it took you less time to respond to my review than it did to complete my order speaks volumes on how you run your business!
You’re laughable attempt at trying to backhandedly insult me about eating free food I’ll just say this, roadkill is also free but I wouldn’t pull over and have a picnic and pour what you called gravy that looked more like dog vomit over it!
Whether or not it was what I ordered by your own admission it sat and being the wrong order it probably sat longer that it should have yet again a testament to the way you do business.
This must be a family business because I wouldn’t see anyone else willfully wanting ito work for someone that has no problem slinging slop.
I obviously would never deal with your establishment again but if this review helps just one person then I’d feel like I saved a life.
Too bad I had to give you at least 1 star. Even that was too much.
Good luck to you and the waste management you call a kitchen.

Went here for the $25 3 course meal Saratoga event. I was honestly pleasantly surprised. I got the prosciutto chicken and it was great. Like very good. It was a pasta based dish with amazingly nice grilled chicken with a great sear, chopped up prosciutto, with broccoli, mushrooms and an amazing cream sauce. That tasted of parmesan & garlic. Served with a very good slice of garlic bread. The cream sauce as I said was very flavorful. The chicken was grilled, tasty and not dried. All the vegetables were salted perfectly. I was hesitant to get this because I just had pasta the other day but wow am I happy I did. Also the portions were big. I had to take mine home and that is very rare for me. Overall, I am definitely coming back. And I am excited to try the many items on the menu. A quick comment on the menu is that it had a lot of interesting items that you don’t see at other restaurants in this area. Making it stand out and be a unique experience. Overall definitely made a great first impression and thinking about checking out their brunch service on Sunday. I would recommend.

Placed my order over the phone close to 5 hours ahead of time with zero issues, everything went smoothly and was very easy. And after work I dropped by for my pickup, paid for my order, and was back on the road home to dig into my meal.

My order was of the Fried Portobello Mushrooms and Honey Sriracha Chicken Sandwich with Onion Rings, the total coming to $32 before tip. My initial take on everything looked pretty good, through I was surprised how small the Fried Portobello Mushrooms order was. For $13 I was expecting at least a basket, but I got a small box with just a handful of fried slices of mushroom. The onion rings were also super floppy and most were not fried very long, with a couple tasting undercooked.

Now the chicken sandwich was delicious, blackened perfectly, lot of fresh onions and lettuce, but was very messy as the honey sriracha sauce leaked out of the bun which was far too small for the large slab of chicken it held. Yummy, but, awkward. And while small, the mushrooms were perfectly fried and paired perfectly with the ranch dip.

So yes, the meal was not 100% satisfactory, but it passed my test. However, for the same price I have had far larger meals that were just as tasty if not better. So I don’t see myself coming back too often, at least for takeout, as the dine-in looks more appealing.
