New place..so we waited over an hour.
But the food was okay, they couldve told us there wasnt gonna be any sauce on the hamburger, and we paid 5.50 for a root beer float and got root beer flt???

We had amazing hot quick delicious food, I got the grilled cheese burgers with onion rings love how they can change out a side so easy and so cheap the desserts are worth a trip alone, should of made more seating .

Second visit to this location. First time ate burgers and fries with custard. It was ok, but I e eaten at several other Freddys locations and was much better. This second visit, we order A Sunday and a concrete. They were both melted, we were at drive through. I tried to explain I didn’t want it just my money back…no go. So we parked, pulled out my walker and took it inside. Still did not get money back, they just remade it. I ask the manager if he would eat it, of course he said yes. It ended up not being eaten and we waisted $12. Not again! Should have just gave me a refund like I requested at window and when I went inside. Do not recommend…with emphasis on NOT!

Terrible first experience. The burgers tasted pretty good but the ice cream was expensive and mid. 1.00$ for a teaspoon of sprinkles is outrageous. The messed up our order 4 times and we had to keep going up to get it fixed. The kids meal took an extra 10 minutes so we waited to eat until his was ready so we were rude and then our food was cold. The staff have no idea what’s going on and look lost, the management is even worst off. The kicker was once we had our food the way we order it we got to sit and listen to 2 staff members bad mouth their management called the GM rude and incompetent whic from how I see the place is run I believe them ♂️
I know what your thinking “they just opened give them a chance”. Well they have been open for a couple months now so no excuses. I’m a general Manager of a nearby restaurant and I’ve done 3 restaurant openings in my career. This isn’t acceptable. Delicious, fast, and with large portions. The sirloin burger is amazing. Definately a must go to spot. A bit loud though, and very busy all the time.

Super busy place! We went through the drive thru waited about 45 minutes but that’s to be expected for a new place. Food was good even though we didn’t get the fry sauce or ranch that we requested, service was friendly.

I ordered 3 meals. First they filled half our 2 large drinks, than the $10 drink that I ordered had multiple hairs in it that looked like beard hair. I AM NOT IMPRESSED. I am very disgusted. I highly suggest not coming here. Will not get what you paid for. They completely rip you off from getting your moneys worth.
