My husband and I have never been here before but we kept seeing it and decided to stop in to see what it was about. My husband’s a big burger fan so finding s place that makes a good ol burger can be hard sometimes.
He was not disappointed his burger was fantastic he said. He said it reminded him of when he would get a fresh burger as a child. He also got a hot dog and said it was good too. He really liked his chilli cheese fries and the cookie and cream ice cream cone he ordered afterwards.
I went all out of my comfort zone and ordered the photos below. Everything was great. Juicy chicken and the sauces were outstanding. The banana pudding ice cream sugar cone was great.
The atmosphere was great. Their choice of music was wonderful. And it was clean. All the staff that we encountered were very nice and friendly. I like this place. Will be returning. Thank you!!

Went to Dairio’s for the first time and walked into a clean and good feeling atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant and greeted us with a smile when taking our order. Waited about 4 minutes for food. Food was delicious! Highly recommend the sweet potato fries and their ranch is great! Thank you Fatima and Nahomi for coming over and checking on us. You guys and your team are great!

We never have a problem here. The food is good. The restaurant is clean. The people are friendly. Tonight my order was wrong because I forgot to ask for no peppers. They fixed it for me even though it was my error.

This was my first time visiting a Dairi-O. I decided to take a road trip with my daughter and Godbaby. We drove 2 hours to get to Jacksonville, NC to try Dairi-O. I saw a video on tik tok about another Dairi-O. The food was very good!! All the employees were nice and courteous!! Fatima (manager), greeted us as we stood at the register deciding what we wanted. She also gave us a paper menu, and we had a friendly conversation. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We had ice-cream too for dessert. They had a variety of ice-cream in buckets! You could get the ice-cream in cups or cones! The young lady Kaylin allowed us to sample several ice-creams until we could make our final decision. Ice-cream was delicious! We enjoyed our Road trip!!

This is my first time ever trying Dairio’s. I thought it would be nice to try something different but they got my order wrong. I’m allergic to cheese and now I cannot enjoy my meal that I paid $14 for. I drove 45 minutes away for nothing basically. Please make sure you double check your food from here.

We love Dairi-O’s!!!! Every time we have eaten there the food is hot and tasty, the managers Shane and Jaiden are always so kind and on top of making sure we have a great experience, and the atmosphere is always so welcoming and clean. I would definitely recommend eating here whenever you are in Jacksonville.

The burgers have really good flavor. All of the staff were kind and helpful. When we were there, if the person didn’t come to get their food when their number was called an employee kindly brought it to them if they were available to. They have great tables for big groups! Very clean!

My wife and I had a meal at this location and since then I have been there a few times to eat. The food is fantastic, the place is clean, and the staff is always friendly. Their manager here named Evelyn sets the tone in the customer service here. She is always friendly, professional and makes your stay there worth coming by to eat. I highly recommend this store to eat at if you are looking for a great burger, a really good salad, and a fantastic hot dog. I want to thank the management here at Dairio as well as Evelyn for making our visit a 5-star experience.

We had an amazing experience at Dairi-O with Katelyn at the ice cream counter. She went above and beyond to make sure we have had a taste of the flavors and asked questions along the way. True southern hospitality and amazing customer service. We will definitely be back.
