I will never eat at this little Caesars again until you get staff that have a positive attitude. We came in there getting pizza for dinner and I already seen that. They had a long line we asked for fresh pizza and came out with pizza that looks like it’s just been sitting around. The pizza was not cut properly And also the cheese pizza was extremely cold. Look at this pizza and tell me If this is something you would eat! Not pleased at all!!! The cashier was the most pleasant one in there, the young man with the dreads.(Unfortunately, they all need hair nets with all that hair hanging over people’s food) being that I make pizzas myself, this crust is not fresh!

I placed an online order for one thin crust cheese pizza and one order of cheese puffs,also one two liter drink. I arrived earlier than my estimated time of pickup and went inside to inform the worker that I was there early and he could fire my order anytime, because when I tried to call prior two times, there was no answer. There were only two employees there working very hard, they were behind. The customer service area was full of gas waiting on their order, the kitchen area was a mess; there was food everywhere. The lights were flickering inside, there was no outside light on the Little Caesars display, making the restaurant appear very dark and desolate and dangerous. By the time I left, I had a horrible headache. Although the employee took my name when I came in, I do not think that he paid any extra attention to my order and didn’t attempt to fire it any quicker than it was supposed to be fired, which made me wait 45 minutes there for my order with two hungry kids in the car. I eventually asked the man if he would just sell me a cheese pizza that was already ready and he informed me that my order was about to come out of the oven. I received my order and a complimentary order of cheese puffs and he apologized about the wait. When I went to get my two liter Pepsi out of the cooler there was no Pepsi no mountain dew only cherry flavored Pepsi story and grape sunkist. When we got home and opened our box of pizza, we were more disappointed. It was not a case of the cheese sliding off the box because the box was flat the whole ride home and you can clearly tell there was no cheese placed on certain parts of the pizza. The cheese puffs were burnt. My kids did not enjoy the dinner at all. I am very unhappy with this location and I will never visit or recommend it again.

Stopped here for lunch today. Ordered the pepperoni lunch special. The employee was nice, polite and quick. Took the lunch and left. Got back to work and began to eat the pizza. Unfortunately, it was not thoroughly cooked. Ate the toppings and some of the corners. Very disappointed. I should have got the bread sticks.

I was excited to see what all the hype was about with the new crazy puffs only to be disappointed AGAIN with this franchise. The pepperoni ones were basically balls of dough that had cheese and pepperoni baked ON TOP, not inside like is advertised and the cheese ones were basically the same without the pepperoni. It’s like this store cooks things the way they want to and not the way they are supposed to be.

My husband ordered from the South Church Little Caesar’s in Burlington, NC. He ordered the pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce, a extra most bestest pepperoni and extra most bestest with cheese. He did not get the pretzel pizza. When he asked about the cheese sauce, he was told they didn’t have no fckn cheese sauce. When he got home is when he saw the pretzel pizza wasn’t there, instead, he got a regular pepperoni pizza. The extra most bestest pepperoni pizza, barely had pepperoni on it. The order was also over 45 minutes late, well past the pickup time. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this store, but it will be the last.

Ordered a deep dish pizza several months ago, and what I got was a round pizza shoved into a rectangular shape. The location apologized and offered me a free deep dish that I could call for at any time.
Fast forward to today, I call and speak with someone to place my order for the pizza. Not long thereafter, I arrived to pick up said pizza…but it was not there. They claimed that they didn’t even have a record of my order coming in or my name in their system for an order.
I don’t expect much from chain pizza places, but the bare minimum of service would be nice.

This was their idea of a Fanceroni Pepperoni which is advertised as having over 100 pieces of pepperoni all the way to the edge of the pizza.
In reality there’s about 50 pieces and lots of bare crust. Little Caesars used to be our go-to pizza place, but no more. I even emailed them following this order and never heard back.

Laylay provided great customer service during peak busy hours and was very positive. The whole crew today takes care of the customers and work hard to provide fresh food… FAST.

My husband and I just left here we ordered a pretzel crust and crazy bread the young guy taking our order didn’t say hey didn’t speak one word to us we placed the order he is in the back eating and on his phone then starting slamming all the pans and pizza cutter anything in his hand he slammed meanwhile the other guy doing all the work baking all the pizzas in the back after 15 minutes our pizza and crazy bread was ready the place wasn’t busy he gives us the box I check it and it’s not even a pretzel pizza!! it’s a regular hot and ready so I said this ain’t right he grabs my pizza from the counter with a attitude and sends us on our way but wait! There’s more! We get home the pizza is cold we live 6 minutes away and it’s not even cut all the way through and so flat I wouldn’t have even gave 3$ for this pizza! Based on other reviews I just saw I hope we don’t get food poisoning, how are they allowing this low life to work there?!? He doesn’t care about the food or customers and needs to be fired or this place needs to be shut down immediately!

I’ve ordered from this location dozens of times. Getting anyone to answer the phone is impossible so I always order online. The food is usually fine but I always have to cut it again at home as my dollar store pizza cutter does a better job than theirs does. Recently I ordered a pizza from here and it looked and smelled off. I tried to call to see if I could get a new pizza or reach some sort of resolution but of course nobody answered. If this was my first time visiting this location, it definitely would have been my last. Not saying I’ll never go back, but I think I’ll be considering Dominos a lot more in the future.
