I was pleasantly surprised by the food and excellent service I just received at Arby’s on James Island. Arbony (sp?), who took my order, was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. She upgraded my order to a meal, to save me a few bucks. I don’t typically get fast food, but was craving mozzarella sticks, and heard Arby’s had them. The sticks and sandwich that I ordered seemed deli quality, versus fast food (so I don’t feel guilty ;). If you haven’t tried Arby’s in a while, give them a chance.

Horrible. Beef was tough and grizzly. I ordered a cherry turnover and got apple. Diedre keyed in apple too. Dislike apple turnovers. Place was dark at 830 and I actually thought they were closed but I was in turning lane. Surprised they actually were open. This was the worst Arby’s food I have ever eaten. I’m still hungry 🙁

Because of an allergy, I requested ingredients in their special burger sauce. Found out it included tomatoes and informed an employee of the issue. She immediately remade my hamburger without the special sauce.

This was probably the slowest Arby’s I’ve been to down here. Myself and 3 other guests waited in line for at least 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged our presence, and none of us got so much as a “sorry for the wait”. The cashier had as much enthusiasm as a blank coffee mug. When I did however finally get my good, it was at least hot and fresh, and tasted great, so there’s that.

Well apparently the drive-thru doesn’t work at 11:39 October 28th tell you to come inside because they can’t take your order, I guess we’ll just drive over to Wendy’s. The reviews are true, stay clear from this place apparently got a bunch of incompetent people that do not know how to run. This seems to be a habit with Arby’s and all the money they’re charging for this crap you think it would be better you think corporate or somebody had manager needs to get off their butt and start doing their job check on these places.

This is the third time I’ve attempted to come to this restaurant and each time during different parts of the day to be told “we have no roast beef, it’ll be 20-30 mins before any will be ready” at this Arby’s they don’t have the meats!!

I went in This restaurant to get a gyro on 8/12/25. The woman at the register said that they didn’t have any gyros So I ordered the chicken bacon is Swiss combo. The woman at the register acted like she didn’t even want to be there. All of the sauces were out at the dispensers. Same woman walked by pick something up off of the table and threw it from 5 ft away into the trash can because she was too lazy to walk over to it to drop it in there. Come on Arby’s you can do better. Hire people that greet their customers nicely and act like they want to work there. I will not be back for a while. The chicken on my sandwich was overcooked but the crinkle fries were great.

My girlfriend and I decided to go try this Arby’s again. I must say that place has done a complete 180° turn for the better! The cashier was super friendly and the food was excellent and all of the condiments were full. They were well staffed to handle a lot of orders if need be because they had two people making the sandwiches and one person at the drive-thru in one person at the dine-In counter. It was pajama day today so all of the employees got to wear their pajamas to work which I thought was really neato. I got a kick out of that I must say. While we were dining in the employees did a little employee pep chant dialog which I thought was awesome as well. You have a great group of employees working in there now and it shows!! Thank you to the owner for sending me a free sandwich card for my next visit due to my not so great experience that I wrote about in my previous review. Thank you owner for valuing my review and taking the time to make it right. To anyone who had a not so good experience I would highly recommend that you try going there now. You will be quite surprised!

Man this Arby’s has really gone down hill. They messed me up twice this week. The first time I went and they had a guy in the parking lot letting people know that they didn’t have any roast beef. OK, so things happen. No problem. Then about four day later I stopped by at 10:30pm to grab a quick bite via the drive thru. All of the lights were on. I drive up and someone immediately says, “Hi, order when ready (or something similar)”. So I try to order and no one answers. I ask for help a few times without a response then pull up to the window. Looking inside everyone was busts cleaning up and ignoring the drive thru . OK, so if your closed cut your dang lights off and don’t greet people at the drive thru.
We’ll to make matters worst, this very Google business states that they close at 11pm. Not 10 or 10:30pm. So in my opinion the people were just lazy and trying to get out of there early to go home. It’ll be a long time now before I take another chance on this Arby’s.
