As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lady in the prep station giving me that warm welcome and excited to be at work, well that’s the vibe I got. She suggested a few add on in my sandwich that I made it taste way better very satisfied with the customer service

I rarely give a bad review of any fst food or restaurant but manager was rude and acted like he didn’t want to work. Although it was kinda a large order it seemed to overwhelm the manager. The order was only 6 foot long subs.

Maybe it’s just me, but I always feel bored and bland inside a Subway. The food is still good. This one had some good workers putting sandwiches together. I just think I’m getting kinda tired of the same old sub places though.

One of your employees why it was making my sandwich was saying welcome to McDonald’s and a Big Mac and the other guy was saying you know you shouldn’t be saying that this is why I was sitting in line and they was making sandwiches not finishing I’m not finishing the other sandwiches

Staff was great but I had to listen to the district manager berating an employee over the phone. Nobody noticed a couple at the counter for over 5 minutes, DM was in the lobby and apparently that wasn’t her job today.

Terrible service by the girl working this day and time.
I just wished that I had gone to another subway, she barely even put ingredients on this order. I had to ask her: Can you please put more of this?
I’m not a greedy person, I had been going to subway ALWAYS and all the order locations are generous with their ingredients.
If she didn’t want to work/or she was annoyed by the fact I ordered too much food please get another job.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO OTHER SUBWAY.

Placed an order on the app it went through my Account. I show up to pick up my order and the employees mouthed we’re close. We went around to the entrance and the Closed Early Sign was posted. They didn’t even have the decency to walk to the door & talk to me. I tried calling the store on numerous accounts even before we went to the store. No one answered… the 2 employees stood inside & chatted while my friend and I tried calling the store and no one answered. I will not be returning to this store. How do I get reimbursed for payment??
