First time there, won’t be the last. The cabbage pie was the surprise of the night, the duxelles just on the side and the pickled cranberries elevate it to another level. And the bay leaf pudding with poppyseed brittle! Get it before it’s gone! What a wonderful group of food loving people. Whatever goes on the menu next will be just as intentional and balanced.

Wonderful experience out with the family. Tried the majority of the menu and every bite was delicious. Potato tart, Meatballs and Beet salad were fantastic. Delightful Carrot Cake and chocolate cookies. A few new Vermont beers and plenty of wines to choose from.

Piping hot duck-fat confit and grilled chicken wings, and an absolutely incredible vegan grilled zucchini dish are what I enjoyed. Service is very friendly, atmosphere is intimate and lively. You can watch the kitchen prepare your food. This place has something going and hope to see them continue to evolve with the sort of passion I saw them exuding during my meal.
