Do better. First, nobody want cold cheese on a hot croissant. Secondly, what even is this? Did you smash the croissant with your arm to flatten it.? I’ve never been so disappointed in a croissant or dunkin.

Two people ahead of me but listening to the female manager complain about being busy was very unbecoming. The team working their tails off, were clearly not enjoying their shift or listening to their griping ‘leader’. Ordered two sausage, egg and cheese croissants and an order of hasbrowns. The hash browns were so undercooked and saturated with oil, not one of my three pups would eat them. One croissant was cooked to perfection but the other one was so burned and blackened, that, along with the hash browns went into the trash.
What a waste of $16 and my morning.

It pains me to leave this review, but I’m continuously having an issue with my mobile order not being correct. Usually they forget my bacon on my grilled cheese. This morning, they forgot the bacon, and for my girl friend’s bagel, I ordered the cream cheese on the side. They spread it on the bagel.
Like I said, its an on going issue but once the girl friend’s order is messed up, well here we are.

This location is hit or miss.
They need to do better, honestly.
Food comes crushed, smashed, lids not properly secured, no utensils to eat the food.
We don’t order here much, but when we do we’re always let down.

This dunkin is absolutely ridiculous wait intheir line just to order for 20-30 mins ive literally watched 4 cars leave the drive thru line because they are just ignoring the drive thru entirely i work at dunkin donuts in north ridgeville and this would never be an issue we pride ourselves on being fast and efficient no one has came on the speaker to take the order ahead of me bout 10 mins now and I’ve been in line since 11am

This dunkin sucks. From the guy with the star sticker on his face. To the miserable human that took my order sounding like their dog just died…. Asked for cream and sugar inside coffee got a bag full of cream and sugar. Asked for a glazed jelly donut and a glazed donut. Got a powder jelly and a plain donut. Also waited 4 minutes to take my order in a pretty empty location….

Don’t park. You’ll never get out the drive through cars block you in, they can’t wait til you back out so afraid to lose an inch of room.. it’s unreal how rude people are, waited 10 min for someone to finally let me out the parking lot because the drive thru is too the road most times.. either wait in line for 20 min or park at the car wash and walk!

This Dunkin is always a hit or miss and today was a complete disaster. I usually go through drive thru and there’s always a line so I decided to place a mobile order for inside. Hoping to run in, grab my order and make it to work somewhat on time. That was not the case, today there was a line inside and the drive thru had a few cars in it. Multiple people who ordered in store got their food while I sat and waited for my mobile order to be completed. After seeing multiple orders leave the drive thru and inside I decided to look for someone to ask about my order and explain I’ve been waiting. Eventually a girl with short dark hair came up to me and as I started to explain she cut me off and asked “what’s the name for the mobile order” so I tell her and she hands me two bags and a drink, and says “I’m working on your other drink now” with an attitude. Then to top off the horrible service, my drinks weren’t even stirred (which they never are from here) and tasted very watered down. And my donut was just thrown in the bag upside down, and I was 35 minutes late to work.

I purchased my Dunkin through my app this morning, a medium iced coffee and a blueberry muffin. Upon taking my muffin out when I arrived at work, it was completely raw inside. My iced coffee was fine, not completely made well but less disappointing than a raw muffin
