This is consistently the best Hardee’s in the BG area. Food is always fresh, staff is at least polite and usually friendly. Restaurant, restrooms and parking lot are always clean. Little to no wait time for food, most days it’s five minutes tops. I drive extra distance to visit this location even though I live closer to the location near the Corvette plant. One of my go to places for fast food.

I had to order twice because the robot machine didn’t get it correct. But I ordered breakfast withcountry ham andade a point to order with ketchup for my hash browns. When I got to work I opened it up and guess what and there was no ketchup for my hash browns though I ordered it twice, once with the machine and once with the person who came on over the intercom. Also if I could post a picture of what this country ham looks like it’s not even a full piece it’s like bits and pieces strung together with fat. This has been happening the past few times I’ve gotten breakfast there but I let it go. But if you’re going to charge me for a piece of country ham I expect a whole piece of country ham not a tint piece of ham strung together with pieces of fat. How hard is it to put ketchup in a bag

PROS: Fast friendly service with a smile from the ones I dealt with. Manager runs a tight ship in the kitchen. Front counter cashier had to multitask, picking up slack for other two and she is also clearing tables in between. AAA+++ Employee

Hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in quite some time. This location was clean, and the staff was pleasant. Had to keep asking for items that were not stocked at the drink area.. ketchup, tea, but not the end of the world. The handbreaded chicken tenders were good and the curly fries were cooked well. It was a good quick meal.

Big hot ham and cheese is the best around. Everything we ordered was correct. We always ask for fresh dropped fries though that way they will be hot. Lobby was clean.

So very thankful for the older woman working the drive thru. She was amazing!! We had a very large order and She got it all correct in a timely manner even when the automated service at the speaker wasn’t getting it correctly!!
