Attention to detail here is excellent. Staff were incredible, I think we may have been helped by the owner and she was super sweet. Everything is clean, bathroom is super cute! Drip coffee was really great and my latte as well. Definitely worth the visit, parking is easy!

Went to La Clochette to pick up my TooGoodtoGo order from here and decided to grab coffee bc they sounded delicious. I got the Ube caramel and pistachio honey lattes with almond milk. The drinks were perfectly tasty and not too sweet and the pastries were amazing. Will be back for more!

My trip to La Clochette came from the Too Good To Go app. If you have not heard of the Too Good To Go app, check it out. It has exposed me to a bunch of bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores all around San Diego, and there are opportunities across the country.
On my arrival, plenty of parking was available. When I walked in, there were about 10 people enjoying coffee and pastries. I walked up to the counter and identified myself as a Too Good To Go customer. I swiped the app on my phone, showed it to the clerk, and she handed me my bag of goodies.
Wow! 4 unique pastry items. None were too sweet, the almonds on 2 of the items were just enough to highlight, not overwhelming. I tried 2 with coffee. They were toasty outside, very lightly glazed, and just enough chew inside to dunk in the cup with no drip lifting them out. The third, soft with warm spices and a little syrup or melted brown sugar worked perfectly with bergamot tea, fantastic! Pastry #4, soft, with almonds and brown sugar paired well with green tea. All of this fantastic pastry was $5.99.
I will be returning to La Clochette again. You can taste and feel the love used to make these incredible baked goods.

This new bakery is a nice addition to the Mission Valley area, but most importantly the flavors are on point. I ordered the crossaint cinnamon roll. Wow. It’s one of the best cinnamon rolls in San Diego! This shop has a clean, modern, and chic design that is steps away from Civita Park. The customer service was great as well. The lady behind the counter warmed up my pastry and it had the perfect flakey to soft ratio. I don’t drink coffee, but they offer a varitey of drinks as well as the most mouth watering pastries. If you live nearby and crave some great french pastries, this spot is a must. I can’t wait to come back and grab some more delectible treats. Eat up!!!

10/10. A perfect way to start your morning! So many delicious pastries to choose from and a wide variety of drinks. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the menu. The pistachio honey latte was nutty and the perfect sweetness. The cinnamon bun had rosemary and orange which at first I was second guessing my decision but they were subtle and the texture was so flaky and light. I will definitely be back to try more!

I had their golden turmeric latte because they were out of pumpkin spice. The barista recommended it and I was hesitant but it was LOVELY. And the breakfast sandwich on the croissant was INCREDIBLE. I intended to ask for the Thai chili aioli on the side but forgot and am so happy I ate as intended!!! It was the perfect morning treat.
