I waited over 20 minutes because my wife messed up and made an online order to the wrong Starbucks location. The Barista, Steven, was so very attentive and told us not to worry and that he will make the order for us free of charge. He took care of the issue right then and there even as the whole team was extremely busy taking other orders all morning. This is what customer service is all about, they truly made my morning special by taking care of us quickly even after we made a mistake. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

One of the nicest locations I’ve been to. Well maintained. No problems with my order. Food & drinks on point. Different interior seating from other starbucks I’ve been too. Enough parkibg outside. Also, there’s a drive thru.

Traffic pattern is difficult in drive-through here, outcoming traffic crosses path with incoming traffic, blocking traffic at WH1, there was a police officer present coordinating all this traffic nightmare, obviously this location was not designed for traffic surge during Covid crisis. But staff at this location is super nice and pleasant to deal with, job well done ! And they have a cool piece of art inside.

Pike place coffee almost no taste, the coffee was brewed with little coffee, same with caramel maquiato and caramel almost missing. I have been a Starbucks coffee consumer for 15 years and I have never had a coffee like this from this brand. At this point McDonald’s coffee tastes better and cheaper

This is the only Starbucks that doesn’t know how to read and make drinks as they’re ordered. I consistently order a coffee with “light splash of milk” and ALWAYS get a cup full of milk. I don’t know why it’s so hard to understand when it literally says “splash of milk 1/2”” ???? And they constantly put new people on the drive through causing a major traffic jam in the morning before work. Maybe you can train new drive through employees at a different time during the day, not when people have to be at work at 9am.
Every Starbucks I’ve been to knows how to properly make drinks but I would definitely avoid this one at all costs because they have no idea what they’re doing.

I just want to send special praise to Naomi, who works @ this Starbucks location. I went there apprx 6:45AM on a Saturday morning to pick up a pre-order. The sun had barely set yet, but she brightened up the place with her awesome energy & welcoming manner. I hope her bosses are aware that she is an asset to them, as well as the customers. 10⭐’s for Naomi!!!
