I was in town for a wedding. Pensacola also happens to be my home town. And I wanted to find a nice breakfast one day. I hopped online to do some quick research, and found this place. Definitely new since I left home. I was interested.

Ambiance was wonderful. A good amount of seating with each sitting spot feelings mildly secluded, which is nice. No one wants their coffee shop gossip being overheard. And when you walk in, you’re first greeted with that classic glass case of available pastries and goodies. It was hard to not just order one of each item.

Service was nice. It was counter service, and they bring your order right to your table. Can’t ask for better service than that. Nice folks, good small talk.

And the food, it was delightful. We got a couple of fancy coffee drinks, which were well-flavored, not too sweet, and the iced one was presented in a mason jar. Classic. We also shared like four food items. The pull-apart monkey bread was sweet and dense and delicious. Don’t order this if you’re alone. You’ll need help to finish it.

Got a creme filled pull pastry thing. That was nice. Flakes for days. This was no rough puff. For the chocolate croissant, also known as a pain au chocolat. Again, very flakey, very buttery, the perfect touch of sweet chocolate. And a savory, massive scone. Bacon and chives, I think. Also very good. Crumbly.

Overall, I was very surprised. There certainly wasn’t anywhere like this in Pensacola when I lived here. This place is a quality bakery that could easily be found in a medium-sized city. I was so pleased and will definitely come back.

Just wow-licious, So the PB cookie is what PB cookies used to taste like, mouth watering fabulous, full PB flavor. Chicken salad sammy with potatoes is such a lovely mix of bursting flavors. I wouldn’t normally try this but I stepped out of my normal and I am so glad I did so. The location is great, has outdoor seating. Was a bit of a wait for my to go order but well worth the wait. Price point is a little high so will only go for special occasion. GO SUPPORT!

This little bakery is adorable. It’s got a cozy atmosphere and the people are so incredibly lovely. I had their seasonal pumpkin tiramisu latte and it was very good! They even had decaf which is perfect for me due to my health condition.

The blueberry cheese danish was Crunchy but chewy. It had the right amount of sweetness and the blueberries they used were to die for.

Everyone, and everything was outstanding. I ordered a red velvet cake, and it’s the best we’ve ever had. I was an 8 inch round cake, and about 8 inches tall, we could barely eat a sliver of it and passed it out to our neighbors. Everyone loved it. Kudos to Craft Gourmet Bakery, great job!

I made over the phone order for a customized cake for someone as I live in NY. The cake looks very delicious and was tasty as they said. They are trustworthy didn’t overcharge or steal my cc info. The cake was ready on time. I had a bad experience a couple of days before with “Bake me a wish” the cake was delivered 3 days late of course it was inedible and smelly. They fully refunded me but I still wanted to send a cake. The only thing craft Gourmet Bakery needs is delivery. Otherwise I think it is perfect for a really good price.

Craft made our wedding cake, and we could not have been more pleased. We wanted an untraditional design, and they executed our vision perfectly. The cake itself was stunning, but the flavor was even better. We chose an Earl Grey tea cake with buttercream and raspberry filling, and it was incredible. I cannot count how many guests asked who made our cake.

The quality, creativity, and execution were outstanding, and the pricing felt more than fair.

We stop by for coffee and pastries regularly, and they are consistently amazing. If you have never tried the peanut butter mousse cup, do yourself a favor. It is genuinely life-changing.

I adore this place. It’s a local favorite. Very busy, little pricey, perfect bakery. I wish more bakery’s were this style with fresh breads, pastries and seasonal flavors. But also a very local vibe, the chef is so sweet, and the style runs like an efficient machine. We waited a bit for food, and were impressed with the people watching and the efficiency and quality of the staff, you can tell they ALL do their best. Thank you for serving Pensacola

I am a customer who comes here often and when I say this is my favorite place to eat i mean that! Everything is made fresh and you can certainly taste that. The sourdough is amazing and especially the avocado toast that I can’t stop getting. I really hope this place stays here forever and they don’t change the food. I have brought my whole family here when we get the chance to and it never disappoints anyone. For people saying the bread goes bad after a couple days .. that’s because it doesn’t have all the preservatives store bought bread does 🙂 I recommend the sea salt sourdough , avocado toast, and biscuits and gravy.

Love this little place and everything they have to offer. Today we had their breakfast pizza with bacon and a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The pizza is absolutely out of this world, and the croissant is the perfect flaky, buttery pastry. We also tried two of their coffees but didn’t snap pics. Both were very very good. This place is a must if you are in Pensacola and need a bakery or a place for a delicious sit down treat.
