Our first Korean BBQ experience was lovely.
Walking in we were greeted kindly by a host then lead to a table after 3 minutes of waiting. The restaurant decently full, for a 12pm rush… yet everyone was quiet and a nice hum… of conversation filled the air. Every table filled with good cooking smells and smiling faces and something told me we just found gold.
Our server was fast and intelligent, Knowledgeable of the menu and helped us figure out what was best. They made it really easy to navigate and I really appreciate that.
Food came fast. As fast as blinking. Ha. And everything looked great. We very much enjoyed eating at our pleasure. My children thought it was so much fun too.
And they didn’t make me feel too bad about burning the first pan they gave me haha.
I would highly recommend this place. And I will definitely return and bring people here in the future. Amazing energy clean great food good price.

First time Korean BBQ – did not experience the wait times others are reporting- waiter checked in often and made sure we had water and we never really had to wait too long for rounds to be ordered and delivered. Tons of food, my group of four starving college men could not get to our last round. We were stuffed. I recommend the beef and pork bulgogi on the standard plan. Great value for $29, really enjoyed my time here. They give you side dishes for free too which is a nice bonus and the veggies are great.

First time with tabletop grill. Went to a different place and they had an hour wait, came here and we got a table in about 5-10 minutes.
The food was good quality and lots of options, plus plenty of sides and rice. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive, and the price seemed pretty reasonable for what you get. Bulgogi was my favorite. Though I ate a lot of Kimchi and rice haha.

Valentine’s day was incredibly busy — We were taken care of outstandingly by hardworking staff. They went above and beyond to assist with any issues or requests we had. We come often, wait times vary. Just use your best judgment. Never had a problem dining here The music can be a bit loud sometimes but that would be my only complaint.

It was alright. I felt like it was really crowded in there, and there were about 10-15 people waiting in the line to come in for a seat. I saw that there were also fewer options for veggies and other items that I was hoping to get. We had to wait multiple times for the waiter to come and switch out the stove top and get refills. I felt like it was decent and pretty clean overall.

We go here very frequently. Pork bulgogi and Chicken bulgogi is absolute best. Galbi is on the sweeter side. I used to love their Squid Bulgogi but not so much lately as they have gotten bit watery and slightly burnt in my last 2 visits. Banchan is great specially the eggs, Kimchi and pickled cucumbers. Sprouts are okay. Overall a great place to eat.

The food was amazing and so was the overall experience. But the customer service was lacking. It was slow and our primary waitress would huff and puff when anyone asked for something. I had asked for a refill on my drink and my wife asked for chopsticks. She rolled her eyes and walked away. We had to flag down another server to get our requests met.

The place was clean, the service was friendly, and the food was fresh. We liked that they had a salt/pepper/msg shaker at the table! We would come back!

This place was fantastic. The vibes are great, the meat quality was great and their marinades were delicious. Highly recommend the jumelleok which is their boneless marinated short rib. We did the all you can eat and it is so worth it. Also the manager Thai went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back.Do yourself a favor and try this place! Also huge plus is that they are open late which is very rare to see in Portland.

The food is decent, good selection for AYCE though the basic package is a bit limited; mid-tier package offers the best value imo. Customer service was the star of the show for me!!
Our waiters- Trinh and Tru – made the experience way better than any Kbbq experience I’d had in Pdx. The place was super busy on a Saturday night, but they checked on us every so often to make sure our grill was fresh and not burnt. Trinh led with a smile and an enthusiastic attitude that made the whole experience super welcoming – Felt like eating at home 🙂
