Guy behind the counter at 6PM on Thursday July 4th had an incredible attitude problem. Was rude and condescending from the moment I stepped in the store. Despite me silently letting him work he would not stop making derogatory, negging comments the entire time I was there. Very rude, very unhelpful, very unprofessional. When it comes to road trips, I am all about Subway pitstops. This location really impressed me: the customer service was friendly, warm, and competent. What impressed me most was the fact that the stellar customer service was delivered by two local teenage boys. They are doing something right at this Subway location. Keep it up!

My boyfriend and I recently visited this Subway for a quick lunch while we were on the road. We ordered relatively the same thing; a grilled chicken sub with lettuce tomato and ranch. A few hours later at home I find my partner aggressively throwing up. As I take care of him I figure he must of encountered a bad ingredient in the sub that was not in my sandwich, however about 2 days later I notice the same vomiting in myself that led to my recent hospitalization. All signs point to this Subway for our apparent food poisoning please avoid at all costs.

Lunch as my last resort, not the the employees fault! Subway’s business model is horrible, parcel out as little chemically laced processed meats, be exceptionally stingy on something that looks like cheese only thinner without flavor on bread that has no taste, then charge $10 for bag of mostly air chips and a fountain drink. Not filling, not tasty, horrible value.

Ya know, every time I order a subway grinder, there’s always something to complain about. Whether it be too much meat, too little pickles, or not enough mayo. But I just had the best Genoa salami grinder I’ve ever ordered from any subway. Props to the Lenox subway!!!
