First of all, the service was A+++. They were all so sweet and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. When running out of an appetizer they gave us an amazing substitution . And the hot Sake was so good I had to ask what brand it was. Tasted similar to my favorite spots in Okinawa, Japan. We’ll be back for sure!! TY

Really disappointed with this place. The food wasn’t terrible. It was decent for American ramen. Maybe like a 3 or so by American standards. Closer to a 1 by Japanese standards. But I wasn’t super disappointed with it. The rainbow roll though…. It was cold. Like it had been in the refrigerator all day. Cold rice. Cold everything. I’ve never had an entire roll that cold. The servers were nice, but never even asked if I wanted more hot tea and just left tons of dirty dishes in the tables after people left. The price was pretty crazy also for the quality of the food. Definitely would not go again.

Overall, we had a good dinner! The ramen was tasty, even exceeding my boyfriend’s low expectations (and he’s very picky about ramen). We also split a sushi roll—the red mango roll—but since they didn’t have mango, the waitress suggested kiwi instead. It sounded odd at first, but we loved it; it was refreshing and unique. My boyfriend even said he’d come back just for the sushi. The server was incredibly sweet and helpful, offering free dessert and giving us great recommendations for the sushi rolls since the menu didn’t include descriptions. She also warned me that the ramen was very spicy, even at the mild level, which was a lifesaver—I definitely couldn’t have handled level 2!
That said, they’re still in their soft opening phase, so there are a few kinks to work out. The server was on her own during a rush, which led to delays in getting our food and the bill. Additionally, the lack of roll descriptions on the menu could make ordering difficult without help. But overall, the experience was enjoyable, and we’d go back!

Great local place to pick up Japanese food! Really unique beer and Saki selections you just don’t find at most places. Very clean restaurant and staff is attentive to everything you need!

The Spicy Tonkotsu was rich and flavorful, with the perfect kick of heat to warm the soul. The Matt Damon sushi roll was delightful—super fresh, crunchy, great flavor combo. Highly recommend both!

Soft opening… it’s hard to find good Hokkaido ramen in the states. This was delish!!! And met all expectations! I will be coming back and I recommend that you give it a try.
