Went Saturday so we cound get the chefs tasting they say 8 courses sonetimes 10 but I counted 11, small portions but I was so full I didnt eat at all the next day because I was still stuffed.the chef did wonderfull things with Leeks, Squash and Beets, but since the menu rotates I won’t dwell on specific items (pics availible) Lauren got the wine pairing and the Sommelier new his Job we talked about the Port he served with dessert but all choices were great. Everyone should experience this kind of Gastonomic excellence. IF Michalin would ever cone dow HWY 66 they would certainly have a star or 2. Only downside they do not have Dr.Pepper, I dont thing the chef is from around here.

What an EXPERIENCE. We went out for a 5 star Chef tasting TEN course meal. We didn’t get a picture of every course because….hungry. However, let me say the Copper Dome treated us so right.
The enchanting cabin like silo restaurant was small, intimate and cozy but not stuffy by any means. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and the staff made us comfortable for the 2 minutes it took to ready our table. Once we were seated, the quaint but intriguing menu was explained and we were given a few minutes. The choice is a 3 course meal of your choosing, a 4 course meal or the creme de la creme, the chef’s tasting with 10 courses. Of course we chose the 10 courses. I paired my courses with a 6 course wine tasting per Chef recommendation.
Over the next 2.5 hours we were provided beautifully plated dishes each with explicit detailed descriptions, as well as the wine chosen. After 7 courses following the entrees and just before the desserts we were treated with a complimentary chardonnay toast for our anniversary! Then came our 3 course dessert and my final wine pairing. The signature copper dome dessert was to die for. Finally at he end of our service, The staff brought over a card and wished us a Happy Anniversary!
I can’t say enough about our experience. The food was next level and absolutely amazing! If you are looking for a great place to celebrate this is it! We will definitely be back!

The Copper Dome is now one of our favorite places to go. The food was incredible and the service extraordinary. Thank you, Mallory!! She was so sweet and knowledgeable that we practically fell into her every description of the next course. We absolutely recommend the Chef’s Tasting option and paired wines. Spencer was also an amazing help. His knowledge of wines, spirits, bitters, “fat washing” processes and more was enough to make us want to try anything he could put together. Loved the cozy atmosphere and even the “goats” on the table. It was beyond doubt worth the splurge. While the couple hours of time well spent for the Chef’s Tasting option was perfect for us the other dining options are a little quicker for those with other plans.

First off a huge shootout to our waitress Nika and Spencer at the bar. They were both personable and knowledgeable and really contributed to our enjoyment of the meal. The location is very scenic and we walked the grounds after our meal. Only 4 stars for the food because two courses of the eight we had were a let down, but three were stellar and the others were quite good. The courses that were lacking were the fingerling potatoes and the trout. Both seemed bland and uninspired, there were a variety of ingredients in each dish but they failed to come together as a cohesive presentation. On the other side of the coin the watermelon, the quahog, and the hibiscus panna cotta were stellar. Mixed drinks are good, I really liked their old fashioned, and the wine choices are excellent.

It was a wonderful experience. My wife and I went for our anniversary and we enjoyed everything. Spencer and Nika were top-notch.
We have never been to any type of fine dining and we were both nervous about having something we didn’t like. Nika took the time to explain how everything worked and Spencer was spot on with his suggestions from the bar.
We loved all four courses and the desserts were incredible. We will absolutely return every year for our anniversary.

This place changed me and my significant others life! The chefs tasting was to.die.for! If you consider yourself a foodie and love to try new foods this is the place for you! What an experience! We will be ranting and raving about our night here for the foreseeable future! We can’t wait to come back!

We love trying new places, so thanks to Facebook we went here and it did not disappoint! The food was phenomenal and the chefs/owners came over to talk to us (which we loved.) this is a really cute place to have a date night and to eat really good food! We ate off the chef’s menu, which was five courses. Each dish was divine. Our waiter Spencer was also great. Highly recommend eating here!

I made reservations at the beginning of January for Valentine’s weekend and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I got a call just two hours before my reservation saying the 4-course meal I booked wasn’t supposed to be an option and the only way to keep the reservation was to upgrade to their special 12 course Valentine’s menu for more money. Since Valentine’s weekend requires planning ahead, this left me with basically no other options last minute. Really disappointing experience. Better communication or honoring original reservations would go a long way.
