I had a wonderful experience at Valley’s Edge. It was an impromptu visit and when I asked if they could squeeze us in and asked if I was underdressed they were so kind and polite.

The food was delicious. I’d love if they would change the bao buns to steamed and the pork belly to fried. That was the only miss for me! Otherwise quite enjoyed ourselves and thanks to Mike our server!

Also we got deserts to go and the cheesecake is some of the best I’ve ever had!

Horrible all around. As soon as we sat at bar the bartender appeared bothered to have to work. Cocktails he made from menu was horrible. Could look past that but the food was probably the worst food I had in years . The lobster bisque had chunks of what I thought was lobster but realized it was a gel like substance that had settled together . The bao buns were hard in some parts and then bubbling in other parts . When we asked the bartender if these were microwaved or defrosted due to obvious inconsistencies of the bun he stated they were not they were deep fried which is even more alarming due to them being advertised as tender bao buns. It was apparent I didn’t eat any of it based on the pictures but the bartender did not care and charged us for it all. Unless he is a investor in this joke of a steak house why would he see that a meal went completely untouched with the patrons recognizing the use of an obvious microwave and not even offer to see if management would assist . Horrible.. do not waste your money.

My husband and I dined at Valley’s Edge Steak and Seafood Restaurant recently and it was a delightful experience! The onion rings were amazing, his Grouper Fillet and veggies were great and my Pan Seared Chicken with veggies was delicious! We loved the rolls too. Kudos to the kind server and Chef who made sure I could have this dish made without olive oil, since I am allergic. It was absolutely delicious made with butter! They made sure my allergy didn’t ruin my dining experience. Thank you! We will be back.

We chose Valley’s Edge Steak & Seafood at MGM Northfield Park for a date night before a concert, expecting a special dining experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but. The service was extremely slow, with long gaps between drinks, appetizers, and dinner. We felt largely unattended throughout the evening, which set the tone early on. My boyfriend ordered the surf and turf. While the filet was just okay, the lobster was cold and tough – very disappointing for a $90 plate. I ordered the lobster salad and had a similar experience: the lobster was cold and rubbery, leaving me with a $30 charge for a bowl of greens. Our final bill was close to $200, which should have reflected a memorable and enjoyable night. Instead, the entire experience was frustrating and underwhelming. For the price point, the quality of food and service fell far short of expectations. We will not be dining here again.

Extremely disappointed!

We went here for Valentine’s Day and the food was terrible. Was not a great 1st experience at all. Asked for medium steak and after waiting the hour and 5 minutes it took for the food to come out, there was no pink center. The steak came out burnt, cold and dry with no flavor. After them sending it back on the grill, it came out even more burnt and barely warm. The bus lady checked on us more than our waitress. It was clear that our food had been siting under a heating lamp for who knows how long. On top of that, the lobster was worse than something I could’ve gotten at red lobster. Will definitely not be coming back.

I enjoyed all the food I ordered at this steakhouse. I had a filet, lobster tail, shrimp in Philip dough, and the crab cake. I also order the sorbet for a finishing touch. All were delicious.

Wasn’t a fan of Kosars… now this place is amazing.. you can tell the executive chef has pit his own spin on things… This was better than many of the steakhouses I have visited in Las Vegas… Prime rib was moist and flavorful, and steak was top tier..
Did their special event Elk dinner and for the price and amount of food it is unmatched… everything was unique and tasted exceptional.. signed up for next two special events on spot. Host and waiters are friendliest I have come across..

Too bad the atmosphere is the best part of the restaurant. The food is overpriced, sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not. You may get your food cooked correctly. The staff seems unhappy and not very customer service oriented. You can find better ways to spend your money at a decent steakhouse with staff more than willing to make your experience unforgettable

The Onion Soup is served hot and very delicious .
The chocolate four layer cake definitely is the jack pot here!

Unless you like a piece of overly smoked meat slapped on an empty plate and presented as your dinner with no sides for over $50 a plate, I would steer clear of this place. I am not often disappointed, but I left this place feeling like we were borderline taken advantage of. Service was also underwhelming for this level of restaurant. $200 for 2 with tip, will never go back.
