When ordering the girl must have thought that she was able to do two orders at once but she wasn’t. She asked me what kind of rice and beans i wanted to which i said “white rice, black beans” and she asked my boyfriend and he said brown rice and pinto beans. She then put black and pinto beans on mine then asked my boyfriend if he wanted his the same way. When i told her that i did not want pinto beans she then made a huge puff and put that bowl to the side and made a new one. once i saw a different girl walking to the register, i became relieved that i wouldn’t have to continue to match the other girl’s attitude. She then rang up the order and asked if there was anything else. I told her i had a free queso in my rewards and also wanted to add a tortilla and chips. Then she huffed. At this point, i already knew i would definitely be leaving a review. After she grabbed the tortilla and came back, i asked if she could give me a receipt. She then snatched the receipt from the printer and rudely handed it to me, and walked away. I’m not one to be rude to fast food workers because i know it can be a lot, so to be rude right off the bat is insane to me. Please train your employees on customer service and friendliness, kindness is not hard. When I ordered, the girl seemed to think she could handle two orders simultaneously, but she couldn’t. It seems like every time we come to visit the number of stars I have to give go from 5 to 4 to 3 to finally this review which is which is a 2. When this location first opened it was spectacular, in regards to the quality of food. I will say the staff is still friendly and services quick. Well as you can see by today’s photos ordering a Barbacoa bowl doesn’t get you much, I staple plus more lettuce then ingredients. Take a look at that bag of chips, use my points to grab some chips and salsa, and of course they forgot the salsa and it looks like they just grabbed a handful of chips and tossed it in there. Well I did the drive-through but because of the air I had to park and go inside. Now in all fairness they did give me an extra bag of chips, but as we dove into the meal they should’ve just kept it, because boy were they stale. If we decide to go to this location again I’ll definitely go inside or watch and build it. It’s convenient that it’s close by but there’s another location a few miles away that we’ve never had issues with. Sorry for the team who works at this location and for the two star review, sometimes quality control needs to happen more often.

This location is always out of stuff, it is almost comical. Veggies are out, no substitute, only brown rice available, no more can be made. The customer behind me asked for cilantro, they’re out. Today I went in and they were out of guacamole. Since I had a veggie bowl that normally includes guac, I asked if they could do queso instead since I had no option to get guac. They said they could not substitute it which is terrible customer service. If you’re out of something at least offer a substitute!

Make sure you see the bill before paying up. Visited on sunday evening with family. We ordered vegan bowl but was billed for steak bowl. Was asked to wait for 20mins and then informed that they cant fix the billing error or refund the extra amount. They knowledge the error but wasnt even apologetic. Never will visit the restaurant again

I decided to grab a steak bowl and was glad I did as it was great. Everything was well seasoned and the portion was pretty good as well. I ordered through the app and found it to be an easy/smooth process. The meat quality was good but I did encounter some chewy parts. This was a delivery order so Ill have to try a pickup order to see how it compares. Definitely a good spot for controlling what goes into your meal.

I would give zero stars if possible. This was the third time I’ve tried to eat at this place… the other two times, they closed early for unknown reasons. Tonight, I got “lucky” that they were semi-open. They wouldn’t let people inside due to a “food shortage”, but allowed online orders for pick up. I was going to explain to them that making people pick up outside vs inside will have no effect on the amount of food required for each order…. but based on my initial conversation with an employee, I realized it would be a losing battle. I placed my online order, waited 10 minutes, and picked up the food. See the pictures below. I ordered a SALAD, and received a salad without the main ingredient of salad…… lettuce. I ordered a BURRITO and received some of the internal components of a burrito. I of course didn’t realize this until I was 10 minutes away at home… so I called to ask for my money back. I was given excuses that there was a food shortage again. I was then hung up on mid complaint by an “assistant general manager”. The best word for this place would be pathetic. They are taking orders without letting people know that the main component of their order is missing. Such incompetence and apathetic behavior will never see one of my dollars again. This was strike 3 for this place

Came in almost 3 hours before close and the staff that was working had “run out” of guacamole and other items, but directly behind them, we were able to see the to-go counter packaging multiple cups of guacamole for to go orders and when we asked if we could have some, we were just told no. The rest of the experience was very choppy, most of our order had to be repeated because it was forgotten so many times, and then finally after getting home and trying it the chips were completely stale, they tasted like 2 to 3 day old chips. Very disappointed in this location and having been a previous chipotle worker I do know that this is not up to the standards that should be held, especially in the middle of a shift and nowhere near close.

I used to be a regular here, but I am shocked by how much this place has declined. I visited during the lunch rush (midday), and the service and management were terrible.
While a young employee was serving me the usual amount of food, a woman who appeared to be the manager—wearing glasses with dark hair—interrupted her from the register. She started screaming at the girl in Spanish, calling her ‘stupid’ (burra) and yelling: ‘That is too much! Don’t you know the portions or are you new?’ After serving the rice, she forced the employee to reduce my order to a tiny portion of protein right in front of me.
My plate felt like it weighed nothing; it was more plate than actual food. It was incredibly unprofessional, When I questioned the small amount, the manager was dismissive and rude. I will not be returning

Me and my friend came in today and walked in laughing about a joke we made before coming in, immediately we could tell that the workers had a huge issue with this, none the less, we looked passed this. We asked for the kids menu and a girl I wasn’t even speaking to pointed at it above her with an eye roll. We said “what?” And then she explained everything that was on the kids menu. I then looked to the guy who I was originally talking to, who was serving the food and asked him for the “kids build two tacos meal” he seemed confused and didn’t understand. I assume he was not fluent in English which is OKAY, but then the same girl rolled her eyes again then walked over to him to explain to him what we were asking for. We did not appreciate the lack of patience and micromanaging from this girl to her non English speaking employees. It’s extremely frustrating and rude to do this especially in front of customers. After this I wanted to leave but they were already making my bowl. I then asked for some sides and she interrupted again with a very rude and dismissive tone “we will charge you extra for that” I think her attitude and mood towards not just me but everyone working the line really ruined my view of this restaurant and I don’t plan on ever coming back unless appropriate change is made. Also, it’s not even that it was helpful or constructive criticism but more of a bitchy, entitled act.

Overall grwta experience here. They had all items on the menu available, place is clean, and friendly staff. 4 out of 5 since some staff was a pretty slow and/or new and in training which held up the line a bit but I’d return to this Chipotle anytime!
