I sat there for 15 – 20 minutes and he let me know he couldn’t find me. Seems silly to get an attitude because he can’t turn his head left and use his eyes and look out the door made of glass.
Food is good, customer service leaves something to be desired.
It did fill the spot but proved to be a poor choice.
I didn’t feel my time was valued here, I want expecting perfection, but it clearly wasn’t the staff’s best effort.
I placed an ubereats order for a shake. When I approached the cashier about my order. I’m told by a woman that they closed the machine for cleaning an hour ago. She also said she’s unable to cancel my order, that there’s nothing she can do on her end. She didn’t want to give me something worth $7 in exchange for the shake she couldn’t produce. The shake costs $7 on ubereats, yes the shake is cheaper in store.
Ubereats is telling me they can’t refund me my money that the store is supposed to cancel the order. How do I get my money back??
