Mostly staffed by young college/high school kids. They’re polite and friendly. You just have to tell them what you want, don’t expect them to already know. I’ve seen people act reduce to them but it’s almost always because of something they didn’t let the employee know they wanted. This location gets busy at lunch, but any other time of day it’s very easy to get in and out. The manager is very nice.

Bought three footlongs, all which were fresh, served correctly with freshly washed hands with gloves on , hair back, hat on head, and fresh knives. No problems! Sweet young ladies with smiles and good conversation skills. Was one of the best and CLEANED SUBWAYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. Pride in one’s job and place of work taken here!! Will definitely come back more because of the service,cleanliness, and pride in making my experience there so great!

I stopped by this location before work to grab dinner and there was a lady working and she was very rude, she gave me to wrong bread, and before I could correct her she was throwing the meat on, I understand trying to get the customer their food quick but jeez, and I’m not going to waste food so I just stayed quiet and finished my order, she didn’t close my sandwich before cutting it and it was poorly wrapped. By the time I got across the street to the college for work, the sandwich had completely fallen apart and was just a pile of mess in the bag. Every other experience I have had with this location has been great until today, and honestly if she is there the next time I stop in, I might just skip dinner, and return another day when she is not on the clock. I didn’t even get a receipt after I paid.

I always enjoy my visit to this location. Staff are nice and courteous and it’s always clean. The only reason I didn’t give five stars, it gets congested at lunch due to being across from the college and the lines do get long. OTHER THAN THAT, AWESOME PLACE TO EAT!

Ordered a sandwich and wanted it to be toasted like every subway has as an option. My sandwich was already in the making when I was told that heating it wasn’t an option. Felt obligated to buy my sub although I could not have it the way I wanted it. The sub maker should have told me before creating my sub.

Terrible service. Cross contaminated foods and didnt clean his knife full of mayo on my sandwhich i wanted with no extras on it and had to ask him to use a clean knife on the second sndwhich. I shouldn’t have to ask someone to use a clean knife.
