I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Jersey Mike’s location. I mobile ordered a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak with special requests, and they completely ignored them. The sandwich was paper thin with barely any meat, making it feel like a waste of money. To make matters worse, I witnessed the staff deliberately push my mobile order aside to prioritize in-store orders, even though I was standing there waiting. I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s, but this location clearly doesn’t know how to make a decent sub. I will not be returning here. Save your money – this place is a waste.

The girls that work here are typically very nice and quick to take my order, fix it, and cash me out. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and it was still delicious! Their Philly cheese steaks are to die for!!

Absolutely the best sub place hands down And not just this location. Don’t have a jersey mikes in my town. Drive an hr either direction to get to one. I love subs and when im out of town I look up where the nearest location is. Absolutely just the best IMO and always get it Mike’s way.

When we walked in neither employee greeted us and we stood at the counter the lady finally asked what she could get us but clearly we interrupted her. The bread was old and stale as well as the bacon. I went to the restroom before leaving and I was absolutely disgusted. It hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. We will not be returning to the Tifton location.

Stopped in store #5067 on a road trip today October 12 at 3:31 pm. Both girls working seemed liked they really didn’t want to be there. No greeting or smiles. They yawned, sighed, and moved very slowly. The one making the sandwiches couldn’t seem to remember what we ordered, and then very sloppily put the toppings on. The shop was not clean – counters were not wiped, floors were sticky, and bathroom was dirty. We won’t be stopping at this Jersey Mike’s again. (Love the one at US 1 and Virginia in Ft. Pierce FL!!!)

I just spent $19.71 on a Pastrami sub, only to get home and find that it had none of the toppings!! Nothing but onions, meat and bread! The sandwich was so dry I had to choke it down! The pastrami was over grilled, not a drop of spicy brown mustard, no pickles, nothing!!! I called the store and was barely acknowledged then they told me to bring it back that’s the only way they could fix it! I live 30 miles away in Albany so that’s going to be a no!! I’m beyond disappointed, $20 down the drain! A dry crumbley mess!!

We visited this store on 7-1-25 and upon entry had two male workers who were nice and polite. This was until the General Manager entered the kitchen area. I personally saw attitude all over her from the second she walked in to include eye rolling at multiple customers and absolutely Zero positive personality.
After several minutes of waiting it was determined that one of our sandwiches had mistakenly been given to another customer. Instead of offering to remake the GM immediately threw blame at another employee and with quite a bit of attitude asked “You want me to remake it or what?!?” We left without purchasing.
Prior to this GM we have had great food and service at this location.
My wife reached out to corporate to inform of the experience with their GM.
Lindsey Kidwell contacted as a representative of corporate and spoke with us. Kidwell immediately had attitude and said all I can do is offer a refund. We advised that we just wanted to notify of the issue and that we were not out and money. Kidwell informed us that she has 5 stores repeatedly and all she can do is give us a refund. After informing her several times that we did not require a refund her attitude escalated and began arguing with my wife and I. When asked for her supervisors information she refused the info and threatened me with legal action when I informed her that her conversation was being recorded.
Had she not been arguing with her customers I highly doubt finding out the conversation was recorded would have been near the trigger that it was.
