Absolute hidden GEM!!! Fantastic people working here, wonderful home-y vibe, cute country decor and amazing homemade food!!! The prices are fair!!!
Stopped in on a Monday morning so it wasn’t that busy. We were seated right away.

Ordered the chicken fried steak with sausage gravy and biscuits served with eggs your way. The gravy was flavorful and the biscuits were perfect!! The home fries were some of the tastiest home fries and they ask if you want peppers or not so that was great.
My mother ordered the French toast with apples and bacon. Perfect chewy French toast with a sweet apple filling. Crispy bacon served!
My partner got over easy eggs with corned beef hash. Very tasty, better than most diners.
I love diners, I have an obsession. When I am back in the area I will make a trip here because it was perfect!!!

I’ve lived in the area most of my life & have always heard great things about Sally’s. Today was my (& my children’s) first time here. I regret waiting so long to try it!
From the moment we walked in, I could feel the relaxing & familial atmosphere. We arrived at the same time as 2 snowmobilers which made me realize the restaurant is located right off the trail. All I could think is how incredible that must be– riding around & then stopping for delicious food at a super small, friendly diner.
An elderly couple walked in & were greeted by name.
They joked about how much they missed the waitresses.
You can tell most of the patrons were regulars.
Anyhow, we ordered pancakes, crab cake Benedict, & a basic breakfast plate with eggs, toast, home fries, bacon.
Everything was fantastic. Portions are generous. The waitress complimented my daughter’s breakfast pajamas & assured us, Sally, who was cooking our food, would be out to see them. She did in fact come out & was truly such a gem. This place deserves all the praise.

Everyone is family at Sally’s!! Always a friendly face and delicious food. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault! The portions are huge. Try the Irish Benedict. So good! Stop in and say Hi. You won’t be sorry.

The best I have been to! Crab cake Benedict and a Belgian waffle, crispy hash browns. Being from East Texas I was very impressed with the homestyle atmosphere and service. Daphne our server was great.

Place was colder than outside. My sister in laws sausage gravy and biscuits were ice cold and the potatoes in the corn beef hash were raw… The hash was gross … Only thing good about the place was the waitress!! Will never go back!!! Negative 5 if they had it!

My husband and I really enjoy eating at Sally’s Hen House. This Saturday morning we stopped for breakfast early, about 8:00 am. They do get busy and by the time we left before 9:00 most every table was full. The waitress was very attentive when we walked in and took our order quickly. I ordered the western omelette and my husband had the country eggs Benedict without the gravy. Our breakfast came out quickly and was hot and delicious. Definitely looking forward to eating at Sally’s again soon!
