Got the classic and the sincronizada burgers and they were awesome. The classic had their special sauce and was juice and very well seasoned. The sincronizada was a very interesting mix of a burger and a taco. The chorizo did not overpower the whole burger and it had a tortilla inside the burger, very creative mix of flavors, would recommend if you are feeling adventurous and want to try a different style burger. The fries were nice and crispy, not soggy and well seasoned.

The flavors of the Campechana hamburguesa were on point — it’s unfortunate the bun was stale and dry. The nixtamal corn tortilla holding the burger atop the sad bun was a nice treat, and how can you go wrong with chorizo. I’m hopeful Cuantas ups their bun game, which could turn this into a stellar experience. The fries were outstanding. Fried in beef tallow lends to a super unctuous flavor profile.

The service was really fast. I got the americano, and my boyfriend got the sincronizada; then we shared the papas campechanas. The food was delicious! The burgers were on the smaller side, but we were stuffed by the end of the meal! With the two burgers, fries, and two drinks we spent around $33.

The sincronizada burger was awesome. The cheese has a great flavor, and every bite is a little different. Everything goes together surprisingly well.
The fries were just OK. There’s something nice about them, but they miss the mark overall.

The hamburgers we here were so unique and so tasty.
The burgers are similar in size to fast food burgers, but the quality is much higher.
I tried the Sinchronizada and the campechana burger – and both were fantastic ! I preferred the campechana burger , the chorizo was subtle in flavor and so unique.
The fries were very large in quantity and super cheap too ($2).
Can’t wait to come back and try more!

Fantastic food truck with a kind of fusion mexican food/burger menu. I had the campechana burger and the campechana loaded fries. I was worried about doubling up with similar orders, but i was so glad I did. Both were incredible. I can’t recommend either more and would genuinely say that the campechana burger was one of my favorite burgers I’ve ever had

Don’t fall asleep on Cuantos’ sister truck. This is our second time at Cuantas Hamburguesas. Our first time was last month at the La Pachanga market at ACL. We had their Campechana then and this time around tried their Sincornizada. Lots of burgers in town are soggy and greasy at baseline and this was not—a very welcome change. Both offerings were solid burgers that were had great creative tastes.
The value and quality proposition is pretty good here. The food trucks at Arbor Food Park offer some great stuff and we’ll return here for more burgers!

One of the top smashed, double-patty burgers in town. Squishy fresh bun, crispy-yet-juicy patties, just enough sauce stuff to pump up the flavor. YUM! Cute seating area under giant trees. Not a huge fan of the fries though. ♀️

Kinda disappointing. Saw one of my favorite food influencers speak very highly of this place, and I’ve never not enjoyed something she’s complimented. I’ll say the service was fast and great. The fries were really good. We came at 12:05, so they had just opened. I ordered the sincronizada, my partner got the Hawaiiana. We agreed the patties were extremely dry and flavorless, also they weren’t warm at all, despite eating it right away and them having just opened. Overall not a fan but I recognize that my experience may have been different than what most have experienced here as most seem to enjoy it.
