We’ve lived here four years and decided to try this place for the first time today. We weren’t very impressed and THATS OKAY. My husband and son ordered wings and they were the smallest wings I think I’ve ever seen. I’ve included a picture for reference & they also had a gray hue to them.

I ordered the breakfast wrap and hash browns and that was decent but nothing made us want to try it a second time.

The service was amazing though. Our server was great and we felt welcomed! I also loved the Stevia packets at the table.

We came in hungry and left completely satisfied! This is definitely a spot to hit up for a great start to the day.
I ordered the Hash Brown Bowl, which was perfectly prepared and hit the spot. My husband went for the Three Egg Plate and added a side of French Toast, which was the true star—it had the absolute perfect amount of cinnamon, making it memorable. The food was served hot and quickly, which was a huge bonus for two very hungry folk!
The experience was elevated by our phenomenal server, Madison. She was incredibly attentive and genuinely accommodating throughout our meal. Great food paired with great service makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be back!

Madi took care of me today. She was wonderful! The food was absolutely delicious.
Really great tasting biscuit and gravy. Eggs were perfect and the sausage was tasty. My order was served fast and hot.
Will definitely return.

Warren’s served hot, from scratch food at prices from the 1980s. Their staff warmly welcomes everyone, quickly seats you, and gives you plenty of time to enjoy your meal. We found our new place!! They even serve dinner!!

Very disappointed…my shrimp were ok, but greasy…seems like fryer was not hot enough… FF were good. Coleslaw was not good at all (not sure if this is a pre bought or made from scratch recipe). Cocktail sauce was in a prepackaged cup (very disappointing, why not make your own). Steak sandwich had very little meat in it and it was on the verge of being burnt. Servers were friendly, but I could have used a drink refill (never asked). We did see a family get up and leave because they were never waited on, probably because there was no set table schedule…servers randomly waited on tables. We may try their breakfast in the future, but dinner was not enjoyable.

One cold winter day I was off riding on the North East side of Georgia, scoping out new areas and new roads. I was hungry because let’s be honest, it had probably been an hour or two since my last meal!! I was approaching some large facilities to my left that caught my eye because of its funky looking roof when I noticed a sign on the right side of the road that read THE SNACK SHACK, as soon as saw the OLD FASHIONED part of the sign I started breaking hard to make a sharp right into their parking area. When I pulled in I realized everyone was in the comfort of their warm/heated cars because there is no inside dining area at THE SNACK SHACK, only some outside benches. Did I care? Nope, I was hungry. I’ve been here several times but my favorite item is either their PANTHER burger which lays in between two cheesy grilled cheese buns or their BACON BLUE CHEESE BURGER which simply has bacon and blue cheese on it. Their PANTHER burger is awesome because the grilled cheese portion of it would be great on its own, then you add a burger with some onions? Yes!! They do not cheap out on the amount of crispy bacon and creamy blue cheese you get on the BACON BLUE cheese burger, the fries and coke zero compliment the burger and strong taste very well but I do like the ONION RINGS better than the fries. Although the bun may not be photogenic like other burger buns, it is a great bun because it isn’t thick and heavy, allowing the star of the meal to be what’s in between the buns. Their chili has a great taste and isn’t too salty like some other places, so having chili cheese fries and a chili cheese hot dog will leave you saying “eh, why not…”. Drink options are canned or bottled sodas and I wish there was maybe a small soda fountain because I like taking a bite of my food followed immediately by a zesty COCA-COLA and sometimes I run out of my canned soda before I’m done with my meal. One last thing, their food is great but what makes this place special is the people. I met the owner Jeff and his wife one time while visiting after Jeff started up a conversation over how I was enjoying the meal. The passion and love in which he speaks about his food and business, to me, will always be the most amazing part of trying new places. You are getting to experience someone else’s hard work and labor and getting to let them know what you think. After my experience at THE SNACK SHACK and getting to talk to Jeff I was left thinking “why would anyone go to a fast food spot like a burger king or wendy’s when you have awesome little local spots like this all over GA?”. I think people just like what they know and may be afraid to venture out. Maybe one day one of those people will see one of my posts and think “let me try THE SNACK SHACK….” or any other local food business, and if that happens with at least one person, I’ve done my job!! I encourage you to check out THE SNACK shack if you live near Jefferson or find yourself traveling up 85 and try one of the menu items. Ask the staff if they have anything special cookin for that day, Jeff and their staff often post about new and exciting combinations with their breakfast and/or lunch. Heck, I encourage you to try a LOCAL food business in your area this next week instead of going to a large chain or fast food joint, support our local businesses!! Let me know who you give a try and if I haven’t been where you went, I’ll give them a try!!

I’ve been here twice, got burgers and fries both times. Awesome pimento cheese burger and awesome fries! My friend thoroughly enjoyed his chili dog and onion rings. We’ve also enjoyed the fried okra. Friendly people! Hate to hear they are moving soon.

This is a really cool place to swing in and get a quick bite or even hang out at a picnic table eat and watch the squirrels/birds. They have a wide variety of food on their menu, with very good pricing I’d say. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger as a basket with fries and everything was excellent! My wife ordered the two hot dogs basket and shared with my 4 yr old son and it was very good as well. If there are a lot of cars in the parking lot in the front there is parking in the rear Haswell. Everything is cooked to order and comes out pretty quickly.

Atmosphere clean however looks like a bar scene not for family nor where I would like to have breakfast, lunch, nor dinner. No parking at this location. I got my breakfast to go only because I knew them from their Jefferson,GA original location and ausome biscuits! The original location in Jefferson was down to earth more family oriented with plenty of parking.
