Upon arrival, there was zero friendliness. They took forever to serve us at the register, and with unfriendly faces, we ordered the SpongeBob box, which they delivered without the box. The drink didn’t have cold foam, and the hamburger was cold. First and last time marketing makes me eat at a place.

This place has really turned around! The SpongeBob menu is delicious! I had the pie and the Mr Krabs bacon cheese tots, my boyfriend got the pineapple freeze. Only problem is they were out of cold foam but not a big deal. The total wait time was less than 3 minutes and we had a few cars ahead of us too! The staff was super friendly as well!

I just went through the drive thru at 2:30pm… My order was simple, or so I thought… I ordered a #2(Double Whopper with cheese, extra pickles, medium fry, Dr. Pepper.) Please tell me why, when I got home it was a Whopper Junior with cheese, extra pickles, medium fry, medium Dr. Pepper? The only excuse I will give them is that their speaker wasn’t working correctly and they misheard me and thought I said “Whopper Junior” instead of “Number Two.” If that was the case, they should’ve repeated back, because the screen showed the order I told the girl I wanted, and I paid for the Double Whopper but only got a Junior….

New update: This BK is hit or miss. A 20 minute wait for dinner was not worth it. Went to dinner with family eating in with only one other customer in the store. They served me a cold whopper with an untoasted bun. Asked for no tomato and yep they included a tomato. The place was clean but the staff was indifferent. They even had a staff meeting behind the counter during my wait. Fortunately my sons chicken sandwich was hot and its bun was toasted. Unfortunately this place is hit or miss.
Update: I took the family to BK for lunch. The staff was friendly, place was clean including the bathrooms. I ordered the Royal Chicken Sandwich. It was good but kinda smallish. Not as nearly as good as the Ch’King was that BK got rid of. Food was hot and fresh and our order was right. Overall this place seems to be improving. However please bring back the Ch’King sandwich.
Order wrong. Chicken dry. Staff ambivalent. Professionalism needs work. Employees need some enthusiasm. Depressing.

They could not get an ice cream cone right after 3 attempts. They kept trying to give me food. It was super hot out. I sat in line for 20 mins..I was the only one in line at first… I only ordered an ice cream cone!. I handed the food bag back to them through the window because It wasn’t mine. They took 5 more mins. Handed me a different bag. I check inside it and it was a meal so I handed it back. Lol they took it back again. All during COVID mind you. They had gotten me a lopsided cone with half what you normally get.. they gave all the handled food to the poor older couple behind me.. I hope no one was sick for there sake.
