I see all the complaints here, but we’ve lived near by for 9yrs, first time to the truck and we were happy!!!! Food had lots of taste and large portions. We had the taco plates, meaty nachos and elote. We devoured our meals and definitely will be going back!!!! Friendly and quick service for us!!!!

This is number 7 taco truck ad I am trying all that I can find to find the best on different categories. Their carnitas and Al pastor were spot on full of flavor as I have had their tacos before and have had trouble finding them again till I got a schedule of green acres and they were there. They have the most expensive street tacos at 4.00 per taco. Yes they are good but so far with the previous 6 taco trucks I have found the same limd of tacos at a much better price in the ranges between 2.00 to 3.00 ranges. Not worth the price at this one.

Roommate said to try it but I will never go again. Dude was more worried about his phone call than any type of service. Tacos were the worst I’ve ever had from a taco truck. Very bland. Didn’t give me hot sauce even after asking 3 times. Just plain rude. * This is the one in the TK parking lot *
I’m completely disappointed as I love to try new places and really dislike being this disappointed by a taco truck.
Service sucks food sucks, was really looking forward to Street tacos will never go again.

This place made it to the middle for me, but it didn’t impress. I’ve been here twice and leave with the same feeling every time. The first thing to point out is how expensive it is. I bought 5 tacos and a burrito once and it was nearly $20. Now, $20 for a great meal is a very reasonable price, however this was not a great meal for that price. The burrito was bland, no to mention as flat as a plate. I had to eat it with a fork. No big deal, but i think it could have been stuffed more. The tacos were delicious, but again expensive for the price. And the elote was cold both times I got it. Second, they charge you a fee for using your debit card which isn’t too much of a problem, but it’s annoying. I understand if I were using a credit card, but I find charging a fee for a debit card unreasonable. I also get businesses pay a fee to process debit cards, but (1) that is a cost that comes with operating a business, (2) the high prices they charge for cheap food should already cover that, (3) having your customers to pay for your operational costs seems shady and greedy. Probably won’t return. Not because it isn’t good food, it is, but you can find exceptional Mexican foods at other trucks for a much better price. Try Tacos El Rey in Meridian, or Adelitas off Federal, for authentic, delicious, reasonably priced food.

Ordered through door dash. Thought it was a bit expensive but wanted too try since the reviews were good. Definitely a disappointment. The portion size is small. Fits in a plate plate. Horchata was not very cold and no ice. Good was not very hot but that’s not a knock on then as it was delivered. Flavor was just ok. Have an odd amount of tortilla shells and no parsley, or other sides for the tacos. Only salsa for one of the dishes ordered. Would likely try somewhere else next time.

Unimpressed. Carnitas was flavorless, Al pastor was tough. The Cabeza was soft and silky, but seasoning was weak. The Tripa was good, I asked for them to make it a bit more crispy and they did that well. Priced way too high for this quality. $28 for 8 tacos? If I lived near here I would gladly drive to Nampa to get better/cheaper tacos. Salsa Verde was bland. And- only a single tortilla per taco. Rarely am I disappointed by a taco truck, ironic that they claim to be the Best Taco in the Treasure Valley.

After hearing good things from friends, we decided to give this place another try after being disappointed a couple of years ago- only to be disappointed again. We tried to order the 3 taco special but they were out of beans. We ordered 2 pastor tacos and 2 carnitas tacos with rice- they messed up the order so we didn’t get the rice. The flavor of the carnitas was good, but both meats were super salty. The tortillas were way dried out and completely tore apart on the first bite. The amount of their hot sauces has been reduced by over half. Unfortunately, this will be our last try.

Located right by the fountain in the village Basilio’s tacos has fantastic food and great service. Their steak and cheese burrito is a meat lovers dream. It’s definitely worth a try!

The food here is extremely awful and so salty that’s all you can taste. I was made food with extremely bad meat and I’m sure it was expired. I told them right away and when I did the lady at the front was so upset with me she said I was delusional and the only one complaining she did not like the fact o informed her of the incident. She said no one else has ever complained and I said well try it it’s extremely bad! I was disappointed in the service and the food. I would avoid coming here at all cost go elsewhere. I will never be back at all after this experience I had at the village.

This use to be my go-to taco truck as it’s close to my house but since they raised their prices it’s not as desirable. Food hasn’t changed though and it’s still as awesome as it always has been. Update June 18th 2021 thought I’d give them another try and we got a burnt chicken quesadilla, gringa which is very scary in a very basic burrito and salsa for our tacos but they gave us four of them only a quarter full each. You know once a time this place Rocked, sorry guys but not so much anymore. With that said the place was packed with people standing in line for order so maybe they see something I don’t. PS. The staff are very friendly
