The service and food is quite good. The App on the other hand is absolute garbage. How do I get a better signal away from the place and almost none in the stall? And riddle me this: when my friend was double charged the money was immediately snatched, but when it was pointed out it took 10 business days to put it back? There’s also only a 30% success rate on the half price drinks no matter how you order. The response? “We don’t have any control over the App.” Who does? Cause whomever this mysterious person is needs to get on this.

Got a Super Sonic CB and waited a little bit for it so I was excited thinking it will be fresh but it was NOT, it was not good, the lettuce, tomato, etc were terrible quality, I mean bad and the burger was barely warm. My tater tots with chili and cheese were great though! The service was awesome too! But all in all this location used to be so much better than this. Disappointing.

My egg, crispy bacon & cheese burrito needed about 58 seconds LESS on the heat. You took fluffy eggs to cardboard. Will note that when I order next time. Bacon was done perfect. Needed about 1/4 of a serving more cheese. Not too much but whatever it is you use; say 1 handful add 1/4 handful more.

Very hit-or-miss. Nearly every burger I get is dry and burnt like it was cooked on the high heat side with a press on it or left sitting on the low side and reheated. Drinks are very good and it’s the best sweet tea you’ll find, but it’s often very slow. There used to be a rule that all drink only orders had to be delivered in under 2 minutes, and food, except chicken and fish, had a 4 minute time limit. It isnt uncommon now to wait 10 minutes or more for a drink and small fry because the carhops want to deliver multiple orders at once. There are times it is very good though and the staff are always very friendly. Cant go wrong with the popcorn chicken and sweet tea.
