Long wait and I was the only one in drive thru…the employees were all gathered and talking while I waited for my $5.45 vente Carmel latte. And to top it off they gave grande hot chocolate!! Did not have time to go back and get it corrected.

Good Starbucks but hope you don’t get one lady who always seemingly has a bad attitude. Forgot to ask for a pup cup at the screen so I asked for two at the window, she visibly looks annoyed and at the window handing me the items she says “and can I get 2 pup cups because they waited till they got to the window”. I understand everyone has a bad day but she seemingly has one everyday, I tip every time I go to Starbucks because I understand the business but blatantly saying some underhanded comment right in front of a customer in a customer service based business is kinda crazy in my opinion.

Got my order wrong after repeating it twice. Bad attitudes from the employees. Not warm and friendly. I get that youre busy, but at least don’t act annoyed that you have to help customers and do your job. Pretty sure I heard them talking about my family to each other with me standing there. Not a good experience.

I just wanna say the one in Smyrna is way better than this one because they always get my order right I asked for the cup to be lined with caramel and it clearly wasn’t all the caramel is at the bottom and I don’t wanna hear anyone say oh it melts it’s a cold drink the caramel ribbon crunch is a cold drink so why is all the caramel at the bottom and I just got the drink when I seen it through the window I seen all the caramel already at the bottom I don’t wanna just drink the sauce. I asked for it to be lined and everytime I come to this one they never do it, its like they rushing and they wasn’t busy at all so I’m not understanding. Do better DOVER Starbucks

I have been going to this Starbucks for the last 4 years. But recently if I go in the morning’s the drive through lady is really rude this morning she once again was in a mood this morning. She rushes you at the drive through window I was not done ordering and she tells me to pull forward and cut me off ordering I wanted lemonade in my sons drink not water and I ask her if she could make it the way he wanted it and she said it’s already made very very rude
So I called in for the manager and she was just as rude and I proceeded to let her know
