Rarely do we have any issues with food or service but lately it’s been trash. Even worse than the cold, crappy made food is my daughter being called a liar over finding a hair pin in her taco AND being provided with false management information in order to not have to be held accountable for it. The assistant manager, supposedly named Kayleigh, (NOT Cindy, poor thing seemed to be set up for a disgruntled customer) and store manager Brandi (with an I) shouldn’t be in charge to say the least. When I called the health dept they stated they were just there earlier that day even. I only recommend eating there in the EARLY morning after opening because that’s the only time employees seem to give a crap about anything and treat customers with respect. 3 stars because morning staff deserves better. I wouldn’t give any stars at this point if it weren’t for the morning staff.

Not normally one to do this but they really pissed me off. Missing items, burritos that were just bread and cheese. To top it off the girl working the drive thru was super shitty. Cut me off before I finished telling her I had a mobile order, inside stomping her feet the whole time I was waiting, just not a pleasant person. Hopefully she was just having a bad day but I won’t be eating here again

When Taco Bell is busy your orders may take a while but they do make your food pretty decently. But you do have to order extra of the meat if you want to be able to taste the meat

Waited 5 minutes in line only person in the restaurant workers would look right at me but we’re to busy goofing off with each other to walk 5 feet and take my order and when they finally did take order gave me an attitude

Just got home…. Worst nacho bell grande I’ve ever had and it was suppose to be a supreme!! A shame… Thought this was the best Taco Bell.

Service is fine but every time i come here there is an issue with my food, I get sour cream on my burritos when on the app i take it off, i also get two bowls and each time there is barely anything in it, which should have more considering are 7 dollars.
