I have yet to get one meal that is entirely freshly made in close to a month. The giant sloth like man you have on your grill, he doesn’t do a good job. held over food shouldn’t be happening ever but definitely not French fries. There have been a lot of improvements but we’re still getting terrible quality food. This is a management culture issue. This is a planning issue. If you can’t properly project what your day is going to need and cook based on that then you shouldn’t be cooking. The worst Sonic in Oklahoma!

I was driving down 66 I stopped at the local sonic in Luther Oklahoma. I was there for breakfast. It was a busy Saturday morning for the sonic crew yet I was greeted with a smiling face. My food was promptly delivered by a carhop name Aiden. She was super friendly and professional. She made sure my order was right. Another positive she asked me if I needed ketchup or salsa. My food was hot and delicious. I will for sure be back.

This sonic is quite literally the worst. Gave it a chance yesterday after like 3 years of not coming because of food quality and decided to give it a chance yesterday but was that a mistake. Fries sucked , burger was burnt and sucked . Just go into edmond don’t spend your money here. This is just ridiculous. Spend your money at chicos or somewhere else. It’s clear they don’t care about the food or evidently who they hire. A health inspector needs to come out and take a look .

I just paid almost $20 for gas station quality food. The burger and mozzarella sticks alike have been in the heatbox for an eternity based on how dry they are. I wasn’t expecting great food, but expected at least half ass decent for what I spent.

Ordered the Super sonic Breakfast burrito. They barely put anything in it. Not surprised, honestly, because this is usually the worst Sonic that I go to. I usually try to avoid this Sonic but thought I would give them another chance. Looks like they are more about profit by limiting product to their customers than actually taking care of the customer. In general Sonic needs an overhaul on how they do business.

Everyone is so kind here! We happen to get Bradley as our car hop and order taker very frequently, and he’s just the sweetest guy! He makes the BEST breakfast burritos, he never disappoints fr. They have made our food right every-time, and it’s always very fresh and visually pleasing! Not to mention delicious. Definitely one of the best sonics I’ve been too when it comes to consistency overall.
Edit: ONCE AGAIN this man Bradley CHEFED. IT. UPPPP. Our burgers are DELICIOUS. 5 stars to our man Bradley.

I ordered by mobile and drove 7 mins to get there. Upon arrival we sit there for an additional 10 mins. We waatch a tall gentleman leave. All a sudden in my rear view mirror 3 employees exit a smoke filled truck then walk into the establishment. 7 mins later one of those employees bring our ice cream to the truck. The order was wrong and hardly any candy in the ice cream! It is always something with this location every time we go. Where are the managers and why is it okay all employees are smoking in a truck while people wait on their items? And there was no other vehicles there besides ours.
