I ordered Honey BBQ & Spicy Garlic Boneless wings for Delivery and the wings were hard as rocks. I bit down on one and almost broke my tooth. I am very disappointed that both Boneless wing boxes I ordered were so hard I wasn’t able to eat them at all. I just wasted my money! I would not try the Boneless wings from this Pizza Hut ever again!

I don’t often order Pizza Hut, and my last experience reminded me why. I placed my pickup order at 4:44. 4:58 I got the notification it was ready. I get to the store at 5:05 and it still wasn’t ready. No big deal, I can wait a bit. 5:15 and apparently they forgot about me, but finally got my food to me. One of the pizzas was almost back to room temperature by that point.
If I do order from Pizza Hut again, it won’t be from this location. This is what the Northwood store was doing that wound up getting them shut down.

This is the worst pizza hut! I hate that this is the pizza hut that is assigned to my delivery address. I have had a lot of issues with this location and only gave chances because this is the location that is in the delivery area. I have had pizzas that were made wrong, late deliveries, etc. Recently I had to pick up my pizza (Not the 1st time) due to the estimated delivery window jumping from 7:30p to 9pm. I get to the establishment, the woman working the cashier is on the phone. No acknowledgement, no “”We’ll be with you in a second”, nothing. I continued to wait until a man came from the back to help. Not too much help because he gave me the wrong pizza order! When I called I was told I would get a “credit” & could get a remake. Why am I getting a REMAKE when I was given the wrong order meaning my order should be in the oven. Come on. Never again. And I understand that understaffing and all but the service is just terrible. I’ll do carry out elsewhere.

This pizza hut definitely the crummiest pizza place on this side of town. My most recent pepperoni pizza was the worst pizza I’ve had in my life…..and I eat a lot of pizza. It was literally like cardboard. The manager lady is really nice and sweet, but that’s the only good thing they have going for them.

I ordered bbq sauce for the base of my pizza with chicken, onions, pineapple, and extra bbq sauce. There’s barely any sauce on one side of the pizza and the other side has none at all.

If I was able to give half a star I probably would.. may be the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had…no sauce over cooked on the first one. Brought back another one and it was under cooked and still no sauce

On August 30, 2025, I placed an order and went to pick it up, but no one was available to help me. Upon arrival at the business, there were two people already there waiting for their order. I asked if they had been helped. I walked up to the counter. No one spoke to me; they walked past. They even came toward the counter where I was and still did not ask if I had been helped. I turned back towards the two ladies and asked if they could see me joking with them, and they said yes, laughing. I turned around and said hello, no one said anything to me, pulled out my phone, and called the store. No one answered the phone. They were still going about their business as if I was not there. Finally, almost 15 minutes later, someone came to me and said May I help you. I was upset and told them I was here to pick up my order, which I had not received. I called back the store, but no one answered. I called to speak with the manager on duty, and I was placed on hold, and they never came to the phone. I then called today, Sept 6, to speak to the manager at 3:18 pm. A man answered the phone, put me on hold, and the manager never came to the phone.

We ordered delivery to a local hotel right off I10. We’re passing thru the area and didn’t want to drive anywhere for dinner. Service was fast. It was delivered in 15 minutes. The pizza was hot, but when we opened the box the pizza was a mess. We did eat it. We were hungry after a very long day of driving. But it certainly didn’t look appetizing.
