Our family was traveling through Dallas and discovered this restaraunt in a Google search for Italian food – you MUST eat here! We unknowing arrived at closing however were warmly welcomed by the owners Jamie, Josh and Diana Galvan. The service was spectacular and the food was even better! We enjoyed steaming homemade rolls and butter and fresh salads with their tangy tomato house dressing…a great start. We ordered the nightly specials – chicken cordon blue with spaghetti and Alfredo sauce and seafood stuffed salmon with pasta and pink sauce. Everything was exceptional with terrific flavor and texture and
perfectly prepared. I can also highly recommend their homemade pizza for which they are well known. When an experienced pizza eating 13 year old says “It is the best pizza I’ve ever had” you know you’re on to something. His parents agreed! The décor of the restaurant itself is unique…Josh explained it was previously a jazz club, and it is very roomy and very clean. The proud owners are to be commended. We will definitely return. Don’t cheat yourself with brand box Italian…this is what you are really hungry for!!!

The food is delicious! My family has had the lasagna, alfredo, soups, ravioli, spaghetti, and pizza. It is always delicious.
The service of the restaurant goes above and beyond expectations. My family and I called them about burnt rolls and sauce less spaghetti that we received on a pick up order. The owner was kind enough to send someone to our house with a fresh kids spaghetti and rolls. That is what I call going above and beyond!!

Great Atmosphere, the food is amazing. Clean Restaurant and great selection of wine. Their Sweet Tea is the best and calamari mmmm – Chicken Parmigiano (forget about it amazing) Family oriented business and you also get a chance to meet the owner as he is often about greeting his customers and checking on service.

I’m a newbie and thought of checking the ratings since I was craving Shrimp Alfredo on a late Saturday night and needed a pick up order to take home… WOW it was pure perfection! It was hot with delish jumbo shrimp and noodles and Alfredo was the best ever!

Really great atmosphere, awesome food and very courteous staff, restauraunt was clean and cozy. I haven’t had that level of quality of Italian cuisine anywhere except in Boston, Ma. Until now. Will be back and highly recommend Tuscany Italian Bistro to anyone looking for Quality Italian food.

It wasn’t terrible, but only because of the customer service. The food wasn’t very good at all. My impression is that they’ve forgotten the foundational principles of Italian food – fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and precisecooking technique. This restaurant lacked all of that. We ordered pizza, it was soggy and all of the toppings (including the cheese) slid off upon picking it up. I had veal with fettuccine alfredo – it tasted under seasoned, the sauce was runny and the veal was overcooked. Their chicken marsala wasn’t any different – it lacked flavor and seasoning and the chicken was tough. I told the manager and she “comped” my meal, even though I told her I wanted to pay. She brought something out to substitute for the pizza, free of charge and wouldn’t take my money. Our server was very polite but I think she had too many tables as she wasn’t able to check on us as frequently as she should have. I’m glad they treated us kindly, but I won’t be going back.

What a surprise! Was not expecting the food to taste authentic for the price, boy were we shocked! I ordered the tour of Italy, which I recommend if you want to sample what their pasta dishes are like, my fiancee ordered the ziti, sauce was thick, not watery. You can tell this restaurant doesn’t cut corners to try and save a penny. We also ordered the lemon Marscapone cake, and some tiramisu, both amazing!

Delicious homemade Italian food! 100x better then any Italian food chain. Everything we ordered was delicious and had true authentic flavor. I will definitely be coming back and I will be telling my family about this hidden gem.
