The subs here were not unique, or have any type of original touch. They were filling, but merely ok. The atmosphere was ok, did have somewhat of a feel to it, but still did not feel it was any different from any other chow hall. The service was nice and patient while I looked for something unique on the menu, but settled for a BLT. Was ok, but as I walked away, not a amazed feeling, but a regret feeling not stopping into another sub shop that offers a little more difference. The food was done quicker than I expected Never a fan of places where they expect a tip for ordering at a counter, seating yourself and cleaning up after yourself. #notipfornoservice . If you interested in ok food for a ok price with a ok feeling after , but quick friendly service , this is the place .

I got the wagyu cheeseteak here and it was soooo good. I’ve been to philli and made it a mission to try several places while i was there. This is on par or even better than some in philli. I’ll be back over and over because everything ive tried prior to this review was also excellent.

I’ve been to capriottsi’s a few times. And always come back for the Bobbie. It’s super good toasted is nice, Sometimes I get it with a side of coleslaw, And this last time with gravy. It is a little pricey for 18inch and gravy is almost $2 extra. And cold slaw also. But if you were to cook it your self it would be pricey. But I got it Sunday and finished it today.
The people were nice and polite, I didn’t see the sign about the gravy until after I paid, I asked them about if I signed up if I could get gravy and they were worried about giving me any. So they said since I bought an 18inch, they could give me a little bit of gravy which was totally fine. I was the one that read the sign after paying. But all around come check out the sandwich i ate the whole 18 inch plus Popeyes lol.

We ordered this last night. Waaaay over priced, but the sandwiches were good. However, two of our family members order chicken salads. The chicken was FROZEN in both of them. Gross for so many reasons. Plus it’s just shy of $9 for a kid’s meal that just comes with bottled water and a small pack of craisins.

Went there with my wife and daughter. I ordered the Wagyu Cheesesteak. My daughter ordered the Thanksgiving special, and my wife got a club. For the price, I would have expected heaping portions, but that’s definitely not the case. The food itself was pretty terrible. It did not taste fresh. The Wagyu I had tasted like warm bologna. I couldn’t get through much of it. My daughter, who is in her 1st trimester, threw hers away, which tell you something because she currently is eating everything in sight. My wife thought hers was so-so, but not impressed at all. The kid that took the order did not want to be there, and was clearly miserable. The store itself seemed fine on the inside. But I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The food was pretty bad.

The Bobbie is a thanksgiving sandwich with stuffing, cranberry sauce and turkey.
Unfortunately it was not as good as I anticipated. Way too much stuffing and cranberry sauce taste was overwhelming. I’ll stick to my own thanksgiving sandwich once a year.
That being said, they have other sandwiches like the slaw be jo which taste excellent!

Visiting Salt Lake City and the receptionist gave the recommendation. I gave her a high-five when I returned. This place was awesome. You think a sandwich is just a sandwich if you have been to the chain sub shops. But you haven’t seen nothing yet. I was really impressed and stuffed. The variety of sandwiches is a welcomed change from the norm. I found myself reading most of the menu as I hadn’t heard of these combinations. You have to try it for yourself. I loved it. I took the chefs recommendation and tried the “Hot Bob” it was huge and delicious, especially if you like Thanksgiving, but on a bun.

I ordered two sandwiches. One of them was supposed to be to meat cheese and mushroom only, the was not even mushrooms on the sandwich and the other sandwich was a hot Bobbie and it was dry as can be and barely had any cranberry sauce on it. Me and my family live out of state and figured we would have it since they don’t have any in Oregon and we loved going there when they had them in Las Vegas. Big disappointment.

Whoever manages this place needs to teach their employees that hot and sweet peppers are 2 different peppers. Every time I order I ask for both and I only get one or the other.
