This Popeyes has been barely decent for years and today we ordered tenders and wings, wings had strange tasting batter as if they are adding their own seasoning. Not good at all. Tenders were a 3 piece with only two edible ones. The other one in the box looked disgusting. Will attach a photo. Management is clearly either not hiring workers that care about the quality of the food or it isn’t taught. I’ll never pull thru this store again from years of bad experiences. Just for the record this was before lunch rush on a Sunday and also had to pull up for fries and incorrect sauces were also given. The Popeye’s in Franklinton, La is clean well managed and the food taste fresh and seasoned as one would expect from Popeye’s famous fried chicken. The red beans were delicious. The staff appeared quite busy with an entourage of hungry people ordering food, but they appeared to work well as a team. They offered southern hospitality at its finest as they served orders quickly to everyone. So make Popeye’s in Franklinton your next meal and thank the manager for doing a successful job !

⚠️ Heads up, y’all! Please be careful using your credit or debit cards at the Popeyes on 1420 Washington st. Franklinton La.
We were there on October 26th around 3:15 PM, and something felt off , one of the employees took my sister’s card to the back, and another said, “No worries, I got you,” like it was normal. We actually watched the card being passed around.
Well… fast forward to today, and there was an attempted $600 charge on her card that thankfully got flagged and declined.
We’ve already reported this to corporate and the bank, but please only use cash at this location (or anywhere you don’t fully trust). You never think it’ll happen to you until it does. Stay alert and protect your info!

Absolutely the worst service. I ordered online, gave my name at the drivers through when I arrived. I was told to pull up and they would bring it out to me. 12 people pulled through the drive through after that. As no one else was in line, I calked them from my car in the parking lot 20 minutes later to ask where my order was. Three Employees walked in and out all around me as I sat outside. No one asked me anything. They finally brought it out and said Sorry!! Unfortunately the worst service ever!!!!

Drive through service has a culture of not getting orders through efficiently. Been there on multiple occasions and have come to realize that it’s the culture. Even during times when it’s not busy. Even when there is only one vehicle with no one inside, you have to wait ten minutes or sometimes more just for someone to take your order. Ridiculous!!!

This is the worst ran restaurant in the history or ‘fast food’, it honestly needs to be taken out of the category of such. I made my order on my app, which is supposed to mean it’s going to be ready when you get there, not here. Never has been. I’ve dealt with this for over a year now and I’m just now making my decision to leave this 1 star. I would leave 0 if it were an option. The workers were cussing and flipping off the customers who were disgruntled at the fact that they had to wait a ridiculous amount time for their food. Why have the order ahead option if it is NEVER done so correctly. I can honestly say it’s never been ready when ordered ahead with the app. They actually waved everyone who pulled in to the restaurant behind me away.

Went to this popeyes on my way home it took 25 minutes to get my food, and all I ordered was a 6 dollar big box. I get to the window and I am told they are out of coleslaw, would you like something else like I had a choice I tell them a mashed potato and gravy and Mac and cheese, also I asked for a breast and a leg, get home and I have 2 breasts and a dirty rice, if I can’t get what I ordered or you are that far behind on prep you need to tell the customer at point of order so they can decide if they still want to place an order.
