Wanted to give five stars but unfortunately when I was eating my sandwich i bit into something very hard. I hope i did not chip a tooth. I spit it out and it was roughly the size and shape of an almond and though it resembles a small rock I have to assume that it is a small piece of bone that got mixed in with the meat somehow. Despite this i will probably give the place another chance in the future as i am hoping this is a rare occurrence.

This sandwich shop is way too underrated! I’ve only heard of this place just recently, but I’ve never had such a delectable sandwich! Not only do they make such delicious sandwiches specially made for each customer, but the atmosphere in the sandwich shop almost makes you wanna stay and order to your hearts content. What’s more is their own brand name hot peppers! They are such a delight I can’t explain enough how much of a wonderful time I had here! Definitely coming here regularly! And I cannot explain how much I was surprised that after I was done taking these pictures..? My boyfriend had already ate his whole sandwich #GreatVibesOnly

The staff turn over is awful new untrained staff every week. The staff that have been around are awful. The glory days for this location are far gone. And Online orders are always slower than in store orders.
The straw that finally made me write the review is today I order a wrap, and the wrap is so crunchy its like chips. Crumbled and nearly unedible. I eat here regularly “boss member” on the app. Im so disappointed with my last 3 visits might call it quits on this sandwhich spot until something changes.

The smell when you walk in make you instantly ready for some good food. The chili, they put in just the perfect amount of cheese. The sandwich bread is a little rough to my lips but worth it and is very yummy. They have so many topping to choose from. Glad I tried it today.

Came in for breakfast on Saturday. The staff started the order and in the middle of it a supervisor came from the back and said they didn’t do breakfast on the weekends. The breakfast signage didn’t say anything about weekdays only. Furthermore the app allowed breakfast orders. Really frustrating.

I had a Mediterranean salad with balsamic vinaigrette with good ingredients like hummus and feta cheese but unlike the sandwiches that are made fresh the salads are pre packed. It would be better if they could have all the prepared ingredients behind the glass and you could choose your own. Lovely place great service, HUGE pickles

The two female workers with the worst customer service, also one of the lady just sat there cleaning while my sandwhiches were done she kept telling me one second for like a good 7 minutes mind u its only 7pm the store dont even close until like 9 . Being the ONLY customer in the store my sandwbich shouldn’t have taken 18 minutes
