4th time I’ve ordered a pretzel crust WITH cheese sauce and all they did was sprinkle salt on a normal pizza. Wasted my money every single time. Don’t waste yours. The customer service is terrible. Everyone acts miserable and annoyed that you even decided to walk in. I will be contacting corporate 😉 . Choose a different career if you can’t handle making a pizza.

I can’t tell you how the food was because it never showed up. We placed an order for delivery at 6:41 and kept getting notifications that it was delayed. Tried calling the store several times and no one answered. They just let it go to their voicemail which was full and no more messages could be left. It’s now 10 pm and their store is closed. This location just sucks on every level. Don’t waste your time ordering from them. You’ll be lucky to get them to answer the phone let alone get your food. Domino’s was able to deliver within 25 minutes and they’re pretty much the same distance to my house. Not a good look for Little Caesars.

Pizza was actually amazing. Not sure why the reviews are all so bad on this. It was hot, fresh and ready. Tasted like a little Caesars pizza should . Try going up the hill to the Richmond heights one. Now that one is disgusting. Definitely will stop in again when I’m on Euclid next time

This is one of the Best Little Ceasars around!! The pizza is always so fresh, hot, and tasty, Plus the customer service is off the chain!! My husband and I have tried their wings, various pizzas, and the M&M Brownies, and everything was delicious!! I always make sure I get the Zap Packs, Crushed Red Pepper seasoning packets, and the Garlic Butter, they bring out the best possible flavor in the pizza and wings. So when you get the chance, stop by the Little Ceasars in Euclid, you won’t be disappointed!! Happy Eating!!

I came in store place an order at 2:55pm the guy Sam or whoever said 30mins. I came back at 3:55 Sam’s gone it’s only one underage kid a girl in there by herself she said she just got there ain’t no order Sam just left out. She called the manager AL and he is so slow he don’t know what to do taking about re make it and re pay. NO I WILL NOT. I will be calling BBB and Columbus so they can get investigated.
