Not sure if due to the new owner but the beef teriyaki is not edible. It was more tough than beef jerky, drenched in an over salty sauce. Was really disappointed with the food.
On another note, service is great and the restaurant is clean. Prices are reasonable as well.

Stopped by here for lunch after a Dr appointment. Was craving some salmon teriyaki. I ordered the 3 item combo with spicy tuna roll and mixed tempura. The portion size was decent. Presentation was decent. Pricing was decent. Honestly I think I tipped too much as it wasn’t table service and they really didn’t do much than call me up to get my food instead of bringing it. I cleaned up the table on my own and didn’t really see them going around cleaning up the tables either. I don’t even think I should have tipped but it is what is. I do recommend this place for for but for tipping in not so sure it deserves it.

This is a good place for quick Japanese food from udon, sushi and several varieties of bento/combo. Your typical tempura, chicken teri, beef teri, sesame chicken are all tasty. Very reasonably priced which also comes with great excellent service!

Best place for a quick and casual Japanese fix. Delicious and Freshly made. The combo items with teriyaki beef and shrimp tempura reminded me of a home cooked meal prepared with love. The combo comes with miso soup and a salad. The gyoza is also delicious.
The staff were very kind and greeted you when you come in and when you leave. The food came out promptly and everything you need is provided to you.
Clean dining area, the staff do manage to keep tables clean after each use.

I’m surprised about the serving size, I didn’t expect they will serve this much. All these we paid around $50 and these is good for 3 people (Ordered number 2, 8, and 24) The food is incredibly good and satisfying. We might go eat here again whenever we visit Longbeach.
