Always order in the app and never have any problems. Tonight was a little different. Ordered the personal pan pizza with a side for $6.99. when I got my order it was a medium. I asked are you sure this is mine? I was told were out of personal pan pizzas so you got a medium. Not argument from me. So this is a good review not a complaint. The staff was and is always very friendly.

Ordered on the Pizza Hut app to try out the Crafted Flatzz. The app was easy to use and it tells me what time it will be ready after ordering.
As I pull up I see that they have a drive thru to be able to pick up my order. Customer service was great and pizza came out to be very delicious! For $5 each these pizza’s were a steal!

This is my 3rd time ordering from this establishment after 7pm, and every single time I’ve gotten a pizza with either old crust, or the entire pizza being old. Even when i made a custom order.

We order here all the time like 3-4 times a month and I have never had any problems with them service food anything I enjoy coming always on time when told time for delivery and or pickup. Friendly Mark is so awesome he’s so friendly and always helps us with discounts love this place

Called and asked if they were doing delivery because of the Storm, I’m doing chemo and have young children I can’t get out but the woman who answered was rude and had an nasty attitude when she said we’re closed. I hung up due to the fact that I would have said something back. Extremely rude employees even on a good day I would never order from here again. It was a question only so the nasty attitude wasn’t okay.

I’m a Doordasher and I went in to pick up an order but nobody came to the counter to help me! I was flabbergasted at how long it took for them to come to the counter it was ridiculous! I waited about 10 minutes just to be helped. i’m not mad that the food wasn’t ready I just cannot believe the wait. I will be reporting to doordash on the ridiculous wait!

I ordered a new Yorker pizza pepperoni with extra cheese and got a cheese pizza and I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and got a pizza with a slice missing. So I contacted the store to let them know what had happened and was told by the unnamed manager because she wouldn’t give me her name that none of her employees took a slice of my pizza. So I asked for her name again but she said she was not gonna give that information to me. I told her ok thank you I will call back tomorrow during the day and hopefully speak to the gm about her behavior. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to go to this location ever. LITERALLY HORRABLE MAN
i just wanted my damn pizza and cinnamon rolls . I ordered my pizza at 11:00pm and the estimated time was 11:17pm for it to be ready , but no . I got my pizza at 11:41 bro and keep in mind that it was a personal pizza (4 little slices) and cinnabon mini cinnamon rolls . I was at the drive through waiting over 8 minutes for my pizza that was already made they just needed to put it in a bag with the rest of the stuff. But the employee there was clocking out and she didn’t make time to pack my food it was that quick and easy. But the manager oh my goodness, i was about to crash out and she was walking so slow like my time didn’t matter I wanted to go home , eat my pizza and relax after a long day at work.
But they just had to make everything worse and BTW THE PIZZA WASN’T EVEN GOOD PROPERLY NEITHER DID THE CINNABON ROLLS!!! they were literally chewy and raw .
The manager had such an attitude like i ask nicely and didn’t lash out at her cuz I ain’t like that but my goodness. Do better pizza hut
It was $20 dollars for everything that I bought and it all came out bad . Such a disappointment fr. If I could rate it 0 stars I would , but I can’t so I’ll give it a one. Never buying Pizza from this place ever again y’all lost my trust and a customer

All pepperoni pizza is stuffed crust, the other is half pepperoni and cheese for the kids. Both pizza’s are very dry and hard. Maybe spent too long in oven, I don’t know. I have never had any issues like this. Very unsatisfied and kids are not happy about it either. This was at pizza hut on 3001 50th lubbock texas at 10:20pm. 7-18-23
