Asked for a chicken pesto flatbread and received a McDonalds quality of service, but instead of the mayo being all over the inside of the wrapper it was full of oil… this ruined my lunch and made an annoying mess due to the absurd amount of oil leaking out everywhere. I have been going to the tropical smoothie location At Pinnacle in Rogers and the Centerton location because of their great service – I try to avoid the Lowell location, but Saturday afternoon at 2:44 pm the parking lot at the Lowell location was completely empty so I figured let me give them a try – I set for 1 minute at the drive thru no acknowledgment complete silence and I drove off – this kind of terrible service is why there parking lot and business was empty

Tropical Smoothie is easily my favorite fast food restaurant. This restaurant specifically has really good service, really kind staff, and they get you through the drive through pretty quickly in my experience. There has been other Tropical Smoothie locations that prepared the food slightly worse, or took longer on service, but this one is really good. It’s also in a really great location that’s easy to access and not overwhelmed by surrounding traffic. This is my favorite location. 5 stars.

i used to work at tropical smoothie and i’ve always loved the company, so when a location closer to me opened up i was stoked. unfortunately, im very disappointed. every time i get a smoothie from this location, it’s chunky and not fully blended. i actually found a chunk of styrofoam in my smoothie the other day and i couldn’t bring myself to finish it after that. i was just glad i found it before my toddler could drink it. last time we ordered, we ended up getting the wrong drinks and food mixed in with ours. when i talk to my friend who still works at the location i did, she tells me that the lowell location is having trouble and i should just go back to the other one, but i don’t feel like driving that long for a smoothie. i don’t know what’s going on in that smoothie line, but i feel like, out of the MANY times i’ve ordered from them, at least ONE of my smoothies should be fully blended and smooth. but they haven’t been good since it first opened.

I stopped here for a quick breakfast before work and ordered a peanut butter flatbread and a banana smoothie. Yum! Service was quick, professional, and helpful with suggestions for the smoothie. It’s a new go-to stop for me!
