Been ordering from here for a while and the quality has slowly gone downhill, but tonight was unacceptable. The pizza showed up so undercooked you could see raw shredded cheese, cold pepperoni, and wet dough.
I called to get it resolved — after being a loyal customer for years — and was told, “there’s no manager here so there’s nothing I can do.” No apology, no solution, nothing.
That’s not how a business should operate. If you can’t even handle a basic mistake or care enough to fix it, you don’t deserve repeat customers. That’ll be the last order from us.

Since this restaurant moved into the neighbourhood I have gone there. It was always perfect, until this last time the pizza seemed like it sat around for a bit before delivered. The cheese was not melty at all. The chicken wings good but still not up to the standards I was used to getting from them. I don’t know what happened but I won’t be going back anymore. ALSO just to be clear it wasn’t during the ice storm we had it was days before. No weather issues to speak of. To me there was no excuses for gross pizza.

There is a ton of great pizza places to choose from but from my experience Gage Pizza has been consistently the best place for my family. I’ve been coming here for probably over 8 years and honestly always have had great food for what I believe is a very fair price. Staff have always been good. We definitely love the wings, and have very much enjoyed the pizza, fries and other items from the menu. I have met the owner here on many occasions and know the family works very hard to give a good product. Always a pleasure to order from Gage Pizza !

We tried Gage Pizza this past weekend after seeing some good reviews and looking for somewhere new close by. The service was great, pizza and wings came out on time. The prices were very reasonable for the area. The sauce was good, also a good amount and seasoned nicely. The toppings and cheese were a generous amount and tasted good. The crust was ok, a little dry and flavourless as you got to the edges, but had a good consistency throughout. Overall a good pizza worth checking out and excellent prices.

I’ve have order from Gage pizza a few times and I have to admit. Seeing that the mountain area does not have many great pizza joints. Gage pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in years. Reminds me of the great pizza places that were back in the 80s. Well done

We’ve been loyal customers for over 10 years and always enjoyed the pizza. However, since the website was upgraded, ordering has been a frustrating experience. The site hasn’t worked properly for us, and both my husband and I have tried using their website but were left to call which is fine. Unfortunately, when we tried calling today, third time we couldn’t use the website and the 5% off , we were told the issue was with our phones—even though we have two different Android devices. The staff member even argued with me instead of offering a solution. After so many years of loyalty, this was very disappointing customer service… left me speechless! What happened to customer service? Wow!
I am adding to the store’s reply. That is an absolute lie about me not picking up the food as I have NEVER ordered for pick up, we always only do delivery. That shows everyone how you operate and make sure customer is wrong 🙂 please take ownership of your mistakes, value your customers as that is the only way you will remain in business. I went to this place I got a slice of pizza and 12 wings. They gave me the price I paid. I was fine with that. I also gave them a tip. My food came absolutely disgusting food so I spent that money for no reason second, my hands are all messy from the wings I asked can I please use the washroom so I can wash my hands cause I don’t wanna drive my car with my hands dirty they told me one of the employees tells me that the washroom is not working so I’m like OK that’s fine so then I have the next employee can I use it so I can wash my hands she tells me the boss has the keys with him for the washroom. Why would the boss have the keys for the washing with Them? Very rude disrespectful I don’t know how they work here, but I never felt more disrespectful in my life, and I also gave them a tip, which I wish I never did and I wish I never came here, but they will never see my face here again.
