12 minutes for a milk shake and a large French Fry??? Really… look at your sales/orders for that time frame and you will see why it was redic! You have no one up front to greet , let alone take cash… took 5 minutes before they realized I put a order into the kiosk… one person in the drive thru, and one sitting in lobby waiting for food when I got there… NO WORK ETHICS AT ALL… McDonald’s is now on the list with MSNBC, CNN, ABC, Burger King, and FOOTBALL!!! Shame too . I started my Management career with McDonald’s 30years ago… It was gone down hill for sure… 0 customer service….

Definitely do not recommend going to this McDonalds. The staff don’t care they mess my order up almost every time. And when they do get it right I get parked for way too long I sat there for 30 mins. I will be spending the extra money to eat Arctic Circle. I’m done with this place.

I have a skewed perspective, since I live in Tacoma Washington, and the two local McDonald’s restaurants here are pathetic, or at least for the mere 17 years I’ve lived here. But I really enjoyed the food; it tasted the way it always did in the past.
In response to the reply, my review was meant to be positive; not sure where the 3-star came from. This McDonald’s experience was what it always used to be at other locations, it’s just my local Tacoma stores that are substandard. Kudos to Buhl’s location.

Probably the worst food I’ve ever gotten fries taste like they sat under the warmer for hours soggy and taste like crap my sandwich was cold and just horrible I will never spend another cent here why run a business if you don’t know how to trash food I hope they tear down that McDonalds not worth the wait not worth anyone’s time just a wasted building where they could actually put something good there.

Even though I had to wait 12 minutes for 20 nugget, large french fries, and double bundle, the fries were great! However I had to return to get 20 nuggets that weren’t old. The manager told me that it won’t happen again, we’ll see about that

The ladies at the window are very nice. But whoever is cooking in that kitchen needs to actually learn how to read, or maybe they’re doing this on purpose. I asked for a very light ketchup. It is on the receipt, as so as well. I get my burger and it’s literally smothered and so much ketchup, it’s oozing out the sides

No one was wearing hair nets. they had no concerns about cross contaminating food due to lack of proper gear and refused to put them on stating they don’t need to wear hair nets. It’s a health code violation all the woman in the kitchen has long hair and it wasn’t properly kept. No one washed their hand when coming back inside the building from doing maintenance just stood by the food with sweaty dirty hands. Please someone fix this issue it’s disgusting. This is why people get food poisoning.
