This storeeee has come a long wayyyyy and believe me when I say- THEY DID AN ABSOLUTE AMAZING JOB Chicken was cooked well and the flavors? Sauced and seasoned on point! I would definitely Come back here every time I feel sad because the workers? Amazing and friendly. They welcomed me with smiles and they were really polite! I warily put in an online order here even after so many negative reviews. After all, pretty sure there’s no other wingstop around here. Put the online order in about 3 hours early. When we showed up, there was a LONG line (6:30 pm, after-practice dinner rush, probably), but the woman at the counter was acceptably efficient. Order was accurate and hot, surprising as we put the order in so early. Chicken was good, although my kid said the Louisiana rub was “kinda salty”. I tasted the 3 different types of chicken he had and all were pretty solid. If you plan on coming here, be a pro and order online. Over half of the negative reviews come from people who are waiting for their order, and with so many people trying to order at the same time, I can’t imagine how you would get your food in any less than 20-25 minutes, but I’m just guessing. Come here during off-peak hours or put in an online order for some pretty decent (although a bit pricey) chicken.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Food was out pretty quick and tasted great. The corn is amazing too. Favorite sauces are the original, lemon pepper and garlic parm.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. My friends and I came here just today (it was all our first time) and was met with a long line. It was understandable because it was dinner time and it looked like they were understaffed. Took them 10 mins. to even get our order and it took them 1 HOUR AND 12 MINUTES to get our food. We started noticing people who came after us get their food first (and I get that these people ordered online) but if we didn’t come up to the counter and follow up our orders, they probably wouldn’t have noticed. It was also surprising because our food wasn’t even lukewarm when we got it so it was just straight up COLD. Some of the staff had visitors hanging out at the register and they were just talking to them and not attending to the pending orders. And the worst part is, the staff DIDN’T EVEN APOLOGIZE or say sorry that they missed our order and literally just put our food on the counter for us to take. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

They had 4 people and one on the phone trying to fix the drink machine, which they couldn’t fix, so no drinks.. but hey the staff was doing the best they could.

Online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, after 50 minutes I was told it would be another 30-40 minutes for my food to be ready. Staff is respectful. The estimated wait times just need to be better. Also if you order on the website they say it takes 7-10 business days to receive your refund.

I ordered for pick up on my way home from work I ordered 20 bone in wings. I requested 10 mild and 10 hot wet when u picked up my phone and arrived home. I noticed my food was incorrect half of my wings were plain with no sauce whatsoever and the other half had little to no sauce. When I called I was left on hold for roughly 30 minutes. For the shift leader to say I can either comeback and get individual cups of sauce. Or I can bring back the wings to them because that’s the only way the manager would authorize them to remake the order. I then told them I didn’t love by this location and that I stayed roughly 20 minutes or so away they said oh well it’s nothing they can do. I will not be returning it was absolute poor customer service wingstop will never get my money again. Poor customer service and poor management skills I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

This was my first time eating at this location. I had classic medium wings, chicken tenders, and fries. The fries were not as seasoned as I am used to from Wing Stop in Georgia, the tenders were good and crunchy, the wings were very dry and were more like fried chicken then hot wings. After sitting down to eat, realized they have no restroom for the dine-in customers. Lastly and almost as disturbing as the no public restrooms is they don’t have any trash cans inside, and you have to dump your trash outside in the too small inadequate trash cans pictures below. Will not visit again!

I always like to order the Boneless Hickory Smoked BBQ wings and Seasoned Fries here. Chicken is Smoky and sweet, drenched with lots of sauce. Fries are slightly crispy with good amount of wing stop house seasoning. Miss their buns.

Stopped to try this new chicken place and what a disappointment! We had 2 small meals and our bill was over $30!!! We weren’t given any napkins or utensils and the containers weren’t marked so we didn’t know who’s food was what. The order took long as well, almost 30 minutes. Not recommended for children, the food is messy and spicy. Would’ve been a nightmare if we started eating in the car with no napkins.
The ranch dressing was delicious, the fries were soggy by the time we got home and the cheese on the fries wasn’t real cheese. It was the liquid cheddar that comes in a can. For $30 I expected real cheese. We were given the choice of veggie sticks instead of fries. I wouldn’t go back here.
