This Starbucks is absolutely amazing! During my visit, I couldn’t help but notice how the manager, Michelle, was very friendly and kind to both her customers and staff. Nolan, Jaedyn and Toby offered exceptionally courteous and quick service. My coffee was made 100% correct to my standards. It was delicious! Keep up the good work guys!

Starbucks is a reliable go-to for a quick coffee fix or a relaxed break. The atmosphere is always cozy and familiar, with plenty of seating for working or catching up with friends. I had their seasonal latte, and it was delicious — perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during busy times. While it can be a bit crowded at peak hours, the quality of the drinks and the comfortable vibe make it worth the visit. Perfect for anyone looking for a familiar and convenient coffee experience.

A Truly Astonishing Display of “Customer Service”

My recent visit to this establishment was, without question, one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in quite some time. Upon entering, I approached the counter clearly the only customer present and stood directly at the register for several minutes. Not one employee acknowledged my existence. No “I’ll be right with you,” no smile, not even the courtesy of basic eye contact.

Since this was my first visit, I briefly wondered if perhaps I was in the wrong area. After walking to the far end of the counter and realizing that was the pickup section, I returned to the register. At that point, a woman was standing there. I approached, expecting at least minimal professionalism, but was instead met with a blank stare and a look that could only be described as annoyance. She said nothing.

I finally had to prompt her by saying, “This is where you say, ‘Hi, how can I help you.’” Her response: “Oh, I didn’t know you were here to order anything.”
One wonders what she imagined I was doing—standing at the register for the sheer joy of observing her indifference?

The manager, standing nearby, offered no help. Without even glancing up from whatever he found more important than his customers, he muttered something about her “not meaning anything by it.” When I asked him to look at me while speaking, he simply walked away and shook his head.

I placed my order, paid in cash, received my change and still, not a single polite word was spoken. I even attempted to model the expected exchange by saying “Thank you,” to which she replied, “No problem.” So I asked, “Could there have been a problem?” Apparently, teaching employees the difference between “No problem” and “You’re welcome” exceeds the management’s training standards. She rolled her eyes and walked off.

After reading several other reviews, it appears this level of apathy is consistent and, unsurprisingly, reflective of the manager’s own behavior. Customer service, at its core, requires so little eye contact, a greeting, a hint of human decency. If those small gestures are too burdensome, perhaps a career that doesn’t involve interacting with the public would be more suitable.

I won’t be returning. Once was more than enough

So im not one to write such a thing but im very observant and the boss lady she started to clean the tables sweep and wipe down stuff when a customer came in and she didn’t wash her hands took care of so many people and also she was all over the place even wiping the floor with a wipe and her hands. She did not wash her hands even counted the money served drinks not cool. Ive worked in the restaurant business for 15 years and this was unacceptable. She never washed her hands once and i was here a while and just personality wise great but felt like she was on one just kinda spun!!

Most of the time the location is OK, but when it’s not OK it’s really not OK. I’ve had multiple interesting experiences, the last of which was tonight, I went and ordered a drink. It was disgusting so I thought maybe I just ordered the wrong drink, maybe I mis-spoke and ordered a different drink, it was also horrible, I couldn’t drink either and I ended up paying $14 total. And they didn’t offer to remake, or refund, they just stared at me when I let them know the last drink did taste or look right. The gentleman looked at me with tangled face hair sticking out of his ill fitting mask like I was the problem, it wasn’t like I was trying to get anything for free. I paid for both drinks. Another time I saw a woman lightly rinse out one of the blenders leave, murky water in the bottom of it because she didn’t fully pour out all of the water and then start making a person’s drink. This was after touching and pulling up her pants multiple times and drying her hands on her apron and pants and proceeding to make a child’s drink. I was horrified. So I think that’s just going to be it for me at this location. Especially since for the last two weeks, every drink I’ve gotten there has been made wrong, And three times, 2 of which were tonight I had to go back to the store to have them remake it because it was undrinkable. But I gave two stars because there’s a lot of nice people who work there, they should probably put them at the drive-through rather than the fluffy gentleman I encountered this evening.

Nice location and beautiful space, but the staff are very inattentive. They are constantly chatting on their headsets to each other. At a non-peak time, with only 6 customers in this large Starbucks, it took 10 minutes to get an iced tea. I come here often, and this is my normal experience.

Starbucks is pretty consistently good, no matter the location. I always forget how sweet their flavored coffees are; my daughter and I decided we should have requested they add less syrups. We couldn’t even finish them! Otherwise, a great experience. The girls loves their breakfast treats.

Brand new Starbucks with an incredible outdoor seating area, covered patio and spacious indoor seating. Large group tables and smaller work spaces. The drive thru & parking lot are a little tricky to get into if you’re driving in from the East but there is additional parking behind the building in an alley.

One of the worst Starbucks franchise locations. Service is ridiculously slow and on top of it they don’t print out tickets right away when you order in person.

This is the new location for the one at 6430 Avondale Drive. Excited that they finally got their very own stand-alone structure.

This is a popular location for joggers and cyclist hitting the route to and from Lake Hefner via the Nichols Hills neighborhood.

UPDATED: The new space has both indoor and outdoor seating. The shaded exterior with commercial fans is lined with several tables that sit 2 to 4 people. There are limited power outlets, which are found on the structural poles.

It has a very open interior with tall ceiling and seating for bigger groups of people. I still never quite understand the long table in the middle (parallel to the barista/cashier counter) at the newer locations.

Love how airy the space feels though it can get cold. Bring a jacket if you plan to hang out longer to chat with friends or to work on your computer. Note that the power outlets are well positioned but “hidden” away (maybe more aesthetic purposes?).
