Hands down the best New York-style bagel I’ve ever had! The flavor was unreal and everything tasted so fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly — the owner even surprised me with a free French toast bagel because I was eyeing them Such a sweet local spot. Highly recommend supporting this mom-and-pop shop! 10/10 recommend and I already can’t wait to go back and try more!

Wow! We came in because we’ve been looking for the best bagel place in the Charlotte area and had a not-so-good bagel elsewhere this morning… but ended up getting there at lunchtime so we tried the pizza because we’ve been looking for the best NY pie in the area as well… we LOVED it! Thank you! Now we know your bagels will be good too! The line being out the door the few times we went in speaks volumes too! We WILL be back!
The staff was all kind and helpful as well! We were surprised to not have a dining area to sit in but for the quality of the food you serve, we don’t care ha!

I used to come here often because of the friendly staff and the quality of the food. The prices have always been higher than other places for a basic bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with home fries, but I didn’t mind paying more because the atmosphere was welcoming and the food was worth it.
Unfortunately, today was the final straw.
The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t want to be there. There was no warmth at all. The food was even more disappointing. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel had two pieces of bacon—just two—and the home fries were so salty they were almost inedible. For $14.39, I felt completely ripped off.
My taste buds were disappointed, and so was my experience. I will not be spending another dime here or recommending this place to anyone.
If the owner is reading this: you need a staff that cares and a cook who takes pride in the food. Right now, it feels like customers are being overcharged for a declining experience, and that’s a fast way to earn a bad reputation.

This is hands-down the most authentic NY bagel you will find in Charlotte. I’m a loyal regular who usually orders online before 8 AM just to guarantee my weekend brunch fix, but today’s experience took my fandom to a new level. We stopped by late in the afternoon on a whim, and even though they had sold out before noon, the staff went above and beyond. They managed to find a mixed bag of the day’s remaining bagels and gave them to us for free! When I tried to at least pay for a few tubs of cream cheese (the Cinnamon Raisin is out of this world), they insisted on giving those to us as well. We couldn’t even make it out of the parking lot before digging in! Even hours after being baked, they were still fresh and fabulous. Amazing food, but even better people. Worth the wait every single time!

Truce wasn’t lying when he said, these bagels hit different. Great service. Great food. Large Bagels, Sandwich Bagels, etc. They will be adding pizza asap. They want the best so, they will be flying in the best to ensure their pizza hit like those bagels. Get in line. Drop a dime. Try them bagels and not mine!

I usually love the bagels and the chopped cheese. Today i decided to try the two egg breakfast with bacon and hashbrowns…big mistake. The picture they show online is totally different than what i received. It was a soggy hashbrown patty. It was under the eggs. At first I thought they forgot them. I called to ask about it. I got hung up on the first, called back. I did get a very understanding person. While i was talking to her i discovered the soggy potato patty. Beyond disappointing.1st picture is website hashbrowns,2nd actual hashbrowns . The bacon was also paper-thin.
