Adam’s island style is a definite go to any time if the day, every day! I frequent copper miner salon regularly and I always make sure I leave with some of Adam’s food. Always hits the spot…… drunk or sober. The new cook, Gary, made tonight’s plate. I got the full combination plate with chicken, beef, and shrimp on a bed of rice. He’s also a bartender and the most personable person you’ll ever meet! For the price, definitely worth it. Adam’s Island Style for the win!!!!!

Tried Adam’s Island Style Grill food truck today and wow—this is the closest I’ve had to authentic island food since I was actually in Hawaii!
I ordered the steak and shrimp teriyaki plate, which came with fluffy rice, tender veggies, and the creamiest mac salad ever. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and that teriyaki sauce? Absolute perfection.
I also tried the musubi and lumpia—both packed with flavor and cooked just right.
I already know what I’m ordering next: the chicken and salmon! I’ll be first in line the next time I see this truck.
Hands down one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had—nothing was missing, everything hit.
