Honestly, the drive-thru service here is terrible. The girl who takes the orders at the speaker is straight up rude every single time. She talks to people like they’re bothering her just by showing up. Zero customer service skills, no manners, and always got that nasty attitude like you’re not welcome. Super sarcastic tone, no respect at all.

Wendy’s here in Greenville, MS. Was one of the best. But lately it has been going down, especially later in the night before they close. If they have to cook it they will say they are out of it, when they are not.

Don’t go here for breakfast. They never get my order right. One morning I ordered iced coffee and the worker that made it poured hot coffee over ice. I watched her. By the time I got it, half the ice was melted. No one likes warm coffee! That morning shift needs retraining! Other than that, I don’t have any issues at all with lunch.

I hope they just had an off day. Food was terrible bacon was hard as beef jerky. Fries were old burger wasn’t even hot. Ordered 3 cups of cheese sauce didn’t get that. No ketchup place was a mess. Line was long and food was old not sure how that happens. I love Wendy’s but this was beyond bad even for fast food. Waste of 15 bucks…. thanks

Bathroom was horrible!!! One toilet had no seat, toilet paper and paper towels dispensers were all broken. Water when flushed in toilet was yellow. The dining area was fine, but seriously questioning the cleanliness of the staff if the bathroom doesn’t have soap – eww.
