Ordered from here recently for delivery and was pleasantly surprised! We are new to Kentucky and even newer to the Mt. Washington area and super happy with the food! The cheese bread was amazing.
The pizza is pretty good, I wish they offered a thicker pizza option, their thin crust is great, but I sometimes want a thick crust pizza and I feel like they could totally pull it off.
Kids spaghetti is a generous portion, especially for $5. My kiddo didn’t care for the giant meatball, so next time we will just go without , but seriously…I don’t know what I was expecting but that was a GIANT meatball.
Overall a really great first experience and will definitely come back in the future! Totally worth checking out if you’re on the fence.

The staff was nice and the pizza was okay. Not really much of a fan of super thin crust pizza. Seems to be what they are known for. Gave it a try. It was okay. Not a lot of sauce. Canned mushrooms are never a good sign for quality. The main issue is the place is an absolute ice box. I felt it was colder inside than outside.

Had lunch. Ordered a make your own pizza. Large was 10.99, with each topping being 3.75. Drinks are Pepsi products and run 2.99 with refills. It is a nice little pizza place. Unfortunately, we were fighting flies! I wish I had a fly swatter. They were that bad. They do charge 3% above bill if you use any kind of card payment (except gift cards). You have to subtract this fee from the bill when you pay cash. It is already figured in your total. Be careful, don’t give them that extra money!

The pizza was frozen dough and very dry hard to bite. Limited sauce and pizaa had almost no flavor. I could have had better with a frozen pizza from Kroger’s.

Great place to eat. Very helpful staff. The sole reason for 3 stars is this. If I pay $11 for an Italian sandwich, at least add some lettuce, tomato, maybe some red onion and maybe some dressing for the sandwich. If these things were an option, I’d give a better rating. I will be back to try the pizza though.

Great food, perfectly cooked pizza. Gave a 4 star for atmosphere because it was freezing inside. Will be back.

Fork for scale. Tiniest piece of pie for $3.99, this is absolutely wildddd. Server with glasses was very nice and the meatball sub was good although the meatballs were cut in half when the photo shows whole balls

Derby City was always our “go to” for pizza locally for the past 8 years- until tonight. Staff was friendly. Pizza was noticeably bunt, and not fresh at all… no customers in the store at all, we would have been happy to wait longer for a better product. Cheese sticks were also overcooked and dry.
For almost $50- we will not be back

The pepperjack bites were so good. We ordered pizza and it came out thin crust which we weren’t asked what kind of crust we wanted. So I assumed it would be regular crust. The pizza was good but would have rather had thick crust.
