I took a friend here three different times and the fish was always rubbery, and by the time we got to his house, just a couple miles away, her food was already cold. It was as if it had been kept under a heat lamp for a while. Took forever to get our orders at the drive-thru. Last time we went, I asked for fresh fish to be cooked and we didn’t want it rubbery so we were asked to drive around to the front and wait on it.. It was good this time but the person taking the order and another person that brought it out to us acted as if it was a big bother to them to fix our orders right.

After a trip to Pigeon Forge we stopped at long John silvers I was disappointed like usual. To start off my experience was positive the inside of the restaurant was clean when we stopped in to get the food.Than after that the staff were kind and the food was probably the most fresh but than like a chicken tender in the meat started getting really bad with tendons and bad pieces of meat cut so like usual long john silvers let me down.

Got here at 845pm. Sticker on door and Google says the lobby is open till 10pm. Albeit Monday, I was met with surprise by a lone worker asking “what do I want?” When K walked in the door. The food is always greesy-good, but the service is lacking.

We typically stop here when we pass through town. This time, the food was absolutely the best we’ve had there. There was a new (to us) cashier that was on the ball. I’m not sure if there were new staff in the back, but everyone was on their A game. Usually the food is decent (which is why we keep going back), but today was exceptional. I hope they can keep it up!

After I placed the order , I had to wait 19 minutes before I received food. The dude at the window was rude and on top of that items were missing from the order. My advice , stay away today . Oh and they must be out of containers because this is what my food was served in.
