The food was absolutely delicious and very filling. The portions were generous—big enough that I was able to share with my son, which we really appreciated. The coffee was good and complemented the meal well, though the eggs could have been a bit more fluffy. We’re visiting from Texas and had a wonderful experience overall. I definitely recommend this place, especially given its location in such a charming and historical area.

Coffee was lukewarm and odd tasting so we asked our waitress she said it was warmed up from the day before ( not something I would share with a customer) , but then immediately brought out a fresh pot much better ! An alarm went off and continued for quite some time soup boiled over the waitress said , but not until we asked her so it was alarming for us , our waitress brought our food then went to seat at a table made a pillow out of her sweatshirt propped up her phone on the napkin holder and scrolled away ….maybe she wasn’t feeling well but not a practice I would’ve let my employees do .

My first experience: food and service was good. Second experience, not so great. Lots of chaos, lack of service; I left without ordering. This is unfortunate, as I was eager and willing to support this small business. Maybe all the kids doing nothing, sitting around and acting bored, could pitch in and help the two women attempting to run the business. I was very disappointed. Work ethic is an important skill to instill in young people.

Quiet Tuesday evening, about 7pm. Expected a warm greeting but service was lacklustre throughout. I enjoyed my sandwich but the fillings need more oomph, and menu needs work. Muffins and sweet treats were the outstanding items – stodgy, filling and tasty.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place definitely deserved some good feedback. I was shocked that there weren’t many people in the middle of lunch by how amazing the food was. The prices definitely seem high at first but the portion sizes are great for what you’re paying. Everything tasted so perfectly seasoned, fresh and homeade. My husband has been begging to go back and I must say, its definitely worth another visit soon.

The place was empty at 9:00 on a Tuesday morning. The staff greeted us when we entered and quickly gave us the rundown of the most popular options and also made it clear if we could dream it, they could make it! The service was quick and our food was good. I absolutely loved my mocha frap. It rivaled a popular coffee shop with an international presence.

80 % of the food was burnt, and the other 20 % was cold. We were here working in the area and looked up this place, the reviews were great so gave it a try and it was bad, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
