The worst Dunkin ever. Order no ice in a drink, you get a half full cup. Breakfast sandwiches always cold. And the staff is rude when you call them out on it. I’ve gone several times spread out, and it’s been absolutely awful Each time.

Had a really good experience here with my kids, decided to go in for the one time to kill some time and they had the cutest decorations up! Coloring pages for the kids and all. Made really awesome looking ice cream cakes and the young man working had coupons I’ve yet to see.. was such a fun time!

The Dunkin’ Donuts is shared with a Baskin-Robbins which my local Dunkin’ doesn’t have.

Just doing good
I am not a big fan of the food. Bagel bites are always still cold, even partially frozen. The breakfast sandwich egg was really mushy, I had to stop eating cause the texture was that bad. Coffee is amazing however.

I had a very bad interaction with the store manager Matt. He was very unhelpful and very disrespectful, especially towards customers trying to purchase something in his establishment. he was very rude and very unwilling to help in a situation that was not my fault and continuously blamed me for the situation like it was my fault. Saying things like “this is not my problem” which is Understandably not his job, but it would have been nice to have some guidance and common decency in this situation. Overall, I think as a store manager, you should be willing to help people who are trying to purchase from your establishment.

This dunkin is such a toss up. Some days I’ll get the best coffee I’ve ever had, sometimes it’s the most sugary, overwhelming mess.

Stopped at Dunkin’ this morning and got two orders of hash browns. We can’t believe they are selling these nasty things, they were rubbery and leave a foul taste in your mouth. I stopped back to get a fresh set made. The person at the counter even agreed they were rubbery and didn’t look good. The attached picture is the “fresh” hash browns “right out of the oven” they said. We didn’t even try these ones, very disappointed with the food and the store’s handling of this situation.
